Caracas: At least two American B-52 aircraft have been reported flying over the Caribbean region for some time and heading toward Venezuela, amid US tensions with the country. The two aircraft briefly disappeared from air tracking sites, then reappeared as they continued flying south, as per Flightradar24. Multiple reports have surfaced on X claiming that B-52 aircraft are moving toward Venezuela, raising speculation over whether the US is planning another strike. This comes after Donald Trump, on Tuesday, announced that the United States struck a small boat, accusing it of carrying drugs in waters off Venezuela, killing six people.

BUNNY 01 and BUNNY 02 were in an east/west orbit over the Caribbean directly north of Caracas for about one and a half hours. They just left that orbit and are north bound at time of posting. They are very visible to people who want to track them. Meaning, they want to be seen.

After winning the Nobel Peace Prize, Venezuela's opposition leader Maria Corina Machado dedicated it to President Trump and asked for military support in overthrowing Maduro. So, do the Democrats now deplore her request as not being an official call for assistance?

I'd be just as happy if we didn't know where our b-52's were, and I'd be really happy if the Venezuelans didn't know.

#8, it's worth noting that the only reason we know where those two B-52 are is because our military wants Venezuela (and others) to know where they are.

Cruise missile carriers, most likely. Even Venezuela can shoot down B-52s pretty easily if they come close or fly over their territory. Huge, slow targets and any surface to air missile can whack them. So....they stand off and launch cruise missiles from150 miles out.

In addition to being almost unbelievably lethal, they are spooky as hell. They look like giant, supernatural bats. That one strike that dropped a mountain down or Iran's nuclear dreams has certainly put the bad actors around the world on notice.

The Trump administration quietly authorized the CIA to conduct covert operations in Venezuela, granting the agency lethal authority as part of an escalating campaign to oust President Nicolás Maduro. The move marks a sharp escalation in the administration’s campaign to oust Maduro, whom it has labeled a “narcoterrorist.” It follows weeks of U.S. military strikes on boats off Venezuela’s coast allegedly involved in drug trafficking, which have killed 27 people. Officials say the ultimate goal is regime change. Newsweek reached out to the White House and the CIA for comment on Wednesday afternoon.

ou have to hand it to President Donald Trump. Joe Biden, the person who occupied the Oval Office before Trump, seemed barely coherent most of the time. He was constantly ducking the media and needed note cards to deal with even the simplest questions. Even then, it would always be uncertain whether he could answer, even though the media was largely favorable to him. In contrast, Trump and his team have to put up with a constantly hostile media, yet they're always answering questions and being transparent, even when they aren't treated fairly.
