Wow, you would think there was a group looking at all of the various docket schedules of all the liberal judges appointed by Obama or Biden to "catch" the case to block whatever the Trump administration is doing. Like a coordinated conspiracy to alter the judicial system for partisan benefit. Good news, we can now see who's no longer able to be impartial.

In my opinion, this protection of illegals and trying to thwart everything that Trump does will end. The mood of the country has changed. I realize that those Marxist judges have lifetime tenure but ways will be found to work around them. They had better hope they don't have any skeletons in their closet to be exposed and shame them into retirement. I recall former SCOTUS justice Abe Fortas resigning because of accepting a bribe by someone under investigation.

Kilmar used the perfect legaleze description of his "fears" about persecution and torture and why he should not be deported to Uganda. He sure has a lot of fears. He was not afraid of being MS-13 gang member. He was not afraid to participate in human trafficking. He wasn't afraid to beat his wife. Now that he is being held accountable, his lawyer provides him with the textbook words to use to get to stay in the US. Too late! Where is acceptable Kilmar? You can just stay in prison.
