In roughly three years, Associate Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson has established herself as one of the most recognized members of the Supreme Court — and not in a good way.
Despite being the most junior justice on the high court, Jackson has regularly gone out of her way to thumb her nose at her colleagues for upholding America’s constitutional framework. Whether it be through public comments or poorly written opinions, the Biden appointee has shown little respect for the longstanding traditions and collegiality that have defined SCOTUS for generations.

DEI Supreme Court Justice in action. When you can't give the definition of "woman" to a sitting Senator you are not worthy of the position. There seems to be an overabundance of DEI women running around pretending to be relevant. Don't have a problem with women as I am one. But I would prefer one who does not come across as a low IQ hormonal 7th grader.

Well yes Shawn. She's just another black woman with a chip on her shoulder (BTW - married to Paul Ryan's BIL) with an overwhelming sense of entitlement based on nothing but her skin color.

She certainly is recognized. Recognized for the biggest idiot to ever sit on SCOTUS.
She is there because she is black and a woman--Exactly why Joe Biden picked her and exactly why Democrat Senate approved her.
Kinda makes you wonder about life time appointments doesn't it?

The WORST justice ever. A hateful, racist, extreme leftist person who isn't at all interested in what the Constitution says, or it's meaning or intent.
A total leftist ideologue, intending to MAKE laws, not interpret the Constitution.

I suspect the choice of this woman for a Justice of the Supreme Court was an Obama joke. He most likely chose someone not qualified (DEI) and told Biden to nominate her. Biden was just Obama's third term anyway. She is so unqualified that there ought to be some way of sanctioning her or impeaching her. It doesn't sound like even the Democrat appointees would be against getting rid of her. Of course, they wouldn't want Trump nominating her replacement.

This person is why it is so critical to appoint SCOTUS justices that follow established law, not their personal whims about outcomes. Justice as envisioned by fools like Jackson is lawless and unpredictable. Doing things Jackson's way, the next group of justices could completely change legal outcomes. Further, it leaves citizens unable to follow lawful paths because the paths are subject t change by whim.
The justices swear an oath to uphold the Constitution. Jackson is breaking that oath. She should be impeached. Yes, it would fail because of the makeup of the Senate but it would still be a statement putting the SCOTUS on notice that she is way out of line.
Only one Justice has been impeached and was not convicted in the Senate. However, the evidence of ignoring the Constitution was not brought and the charges were more procedural. In Jackson's case, her refusal to follow law and precedent would provide a more solid case against her.
Note that her fellow justices have spoke out against her fantastical use of the law. If they want the court to be taken seriously, they need to continue to do that. Such comments could be used in impeachment proceedings.

Ketanji Brown Jackson is a blithering idiot, kind of in the mold of Kamala Harris but slightly more articulate. She thinks the U.S. Constitution is something to be destroyed and just this one fact makes her the Jasmine Crockett of the SC. She should never have been put on the court, but her presence there indicates just how radical the so-called Democrat Party is.

A SC Justice can be impeached. they are not there for life! this one absolutely should be impeached, along with Roberts, who attends meetings to find ways to stop PRESIDENT TRUMP. We need to win the mid-term elections!

I think the Trump administration needs to look into how this woman was appointed and while at it, all the other judges he appointed that are working hard to block everything the President is doing. If their appointment was signed by President Autopen, it should be null and void. That would stop a lot of this harassment of everything Trump is trying to do.

If she had a brain and any sense of self respect, she would have known that her nomination made her nothing more than a token, she would have been highly offended and she would have refused it. So her stupidity and vapidness is no surprise.

Having a dunce like KBJ sitting on the Supreme Court makes about as much sense as having Susan Collins and Lisa Murkowski sitting in the Senate. You know that you have a guaranteed offsetting vote to anything sensible and beneficial to real Americans. With the two senators, at least there is a chance of getting rid of them if enough people see them for what they are but with KBJ it's "until death do us part." Oherwise it would require age limits and term limits so at least there would be a chance of fixing the problem.

Ms. Jackson must have been exempted from the basic civics classes where she could have learned what the purpose of the SC is. She is under the impression that her job is to express her whacked liberal opinions, disparage the other justices, and keep score. Maybe we should all send her a copy of the Constitution so at least she can’t claim she’s never seen one.

Please don't blame "DEI Barbie," who can't even explain "what a woman is," even though she came from one, and, she 'are' one!
/s
---
More than likely we will soon discover some "irregularities" in her college admission records, law school scores/tests/etc., which in and of themselves would be sufficient to torpedo ANY white-man's chance at the Bench.
We're beginning to see the REJECTION of the entire 1960's Civil Rights Movement B.S., including Affirmative Action "preferences," and gender "quotas." DEI was but a failed Leftist attempt to "Rebrand and Reinvigorate" an entirely un-Constitutional policy adopted by a bunch of guilt-laden white-male Congresspukes, who were all too ready to throw our Founding Fathers under the "Socialist Peoples' Bus."
Liberalism, which never met a "cause" it couldn't support, so long as it's:
anti-God, anti-Bible, anti-Christian, anti-Morality, anti-American Nationalism, and ultimately anti-Constitutional,
will inevitably end up contradicting itself given enough time. Examples:
- "Feminism" of the 1960's & 70's - VS- "Trannyism" of the 2020's
- A "hand up" for impoverished African-Americans in the 20th Century -VS- "Anything they want" for Hispanic Illegals in the 21st Century, even if it means pushing black citizens to the "back of the bus" to make room.

Ketanji Ubangi proves the point - Affirmative Action hires are always bad for everybody. If the federal judiciary weren't so corrupt they'd be laughable. Lifetime appointments have to go. The people need a way to get rid of liberal judges. Impeachment is a joke.
