An essay about a new movie and a Facebook post perfectly exemplify why leftist Jews in America and Israel are finding it impossible to defend against genocidal antisemitism.
“Guns & Moses” tells the story of a rabbi who discovers that the Second Amendment exists to save innocent lives. As the rabbi investigates a deadly attack against his congregation, he discovers that a gun is his best friend against a murderous antisemitic enemy. The movie is based on the deadly attack against Chabad of Poway in San Diego in 2019. At the film’s end, as the credits roll, writer and director Salvador Litvak has a message:

Almost every Jewish person I know is a leftist. Most of them are atheists if they were honest with themselves. They may be be of Jewish ancestry but they don't believe in God. Their religion is DEI and they don't seem to realize that no matter how much they spout DEI and workship BLM they will be the first ones to be put in camps if the ones they praise ever come to power.

And they're supposed to be so smart. And they are. It's a puzzle.

I remember them back in Berkeley in the sixties in their army jackets.
They ended up with tenure or Wall Street. But they stayed commies.
It's a definite puzzle.

I think they must be mostly secular Jews. The Democrat party platform is not compatible with the Jewish Bible and for the most part anti-Semitic.

On top of this leftist flawed philosophy, most of America's law enforcement officials seem to be pushing a campaign to discourage the average person from carrying or using firearms to protect himself as well as friends and family. Shoot a thug on the street who is trying to hurt, rob or kill you and there is months of misery visited upon the person with the gun who used it for its intended purpose. The police in every big city must take a certain amount of abuse from the lawbreakers before using a firearm. We have been seeing this lunacy since the Black Lives Matter riots of 2020. Stop the trouble before it gets serious. Lives are saved and destruction is prevented by stopping the violence with a demonstration that you will not be abused by the animals within our society.

Understand... Leftest Jews are always willing to let other Jews be slaughtered, because then they can sit back in their overstuffed chairs, sip sherry and bemoan how Jews are victimized.

It is truly incredible in the pure meaning of the word, as "impossible to believe" that so many Jews manage to twist logic into a literal pretzel to guarantee that they will be dead if attacked, and to condemn the use of force in self defense.
As the title says, Suicidal. How is it that this strain of humanity, who has provided so many brilliant minds in science and technology can be so suicidally blind to the universal truth of the right to self defense?
Incredible, literally.

Recently, I read a report that a large percentage, perhaps a majority of New York's Jewish voters are inclined to vote for the anti-Semetic Manadami for their next mayor. Amazing.
But then, it was the late, great Jewish comic and native of Sheboygan, Wisconsin, Jackie Mason, who was quoted as saying that American Jews live like rich, white Republicans but vote like poor, Black Democrats.

I worked with a Jewish guy for several years. We were work buddies, and had several conversations about this phenomenon. He was a Democrat, of course. I think he voted for Obama in 2008, but came to regret it. He told me one day “Jews just can’t win. If we’re open and friendly, people say ‘oh, those Jews are so pushy! If we keep to ourselves, people say ‘oh, those Jews are so clannish!’” I told him that wasn’t the problem; he said “well, what is it then?” I told him “you live like Methodists - but you vote like Mexicans!” He nearly fell over laughing, then said I was probably right. He left a couple of years before I did. He only came back to the office once - for my retirement party. I still think of him fondly.

#2: Good time for a redux of one of the last few phone calls taken by the late Rush Limbaugh, in early 2021 just before FJB was inaugurated. The caller was a 93-year old lady from LA who was born to Jewish parents in Munich in the late 1920s. She possessed a newspaper clipping of an article from a Munich paper just after the 1932 elections showing that 90% of German Jews voted for Hitler.
Unlike their friends, her parents were nobody's fools and they openly questioned many of their friends about how they could vote for Hitler considering what was in Mein Kampf. Their friends said it was just a phase, he wasn't serious, and he would outgrow it. The woman's parents left Germany for America just before the Nuremberg Laws went into effect.
This elderly woman was issuing a warning today to her fellow Jews that their intellectual blind spot for politics seems to be nothing new. Jews are incredibly accomplished in the arts, science, and business, but seem quite willing to be their own worst enemies when it comes to politics.
Sad to see this is becoming a problem even in contemporary Israel. I visited Israel in 2000 on business and found Israeli Jews to be well-grounded and a lot less subject to the kind of political stupidity and ignorance of their American counterparts.
