In Breaking the Law, my book on the lawfare against Donald Trump and his supporters, which was released this week, I called for Letitia “Tish” James to be prosecuted for conspiracy against rights. The Department of Justice announced on Friday that they are investigating James for violating Donald Trump’s civil rights when she engaged in what the DOJ calls the “deprivation of rights” in targeting Trump.
Outstanding.
Conspiracy against rights refers to a federal crime in the United States under 18 U.S.C. § 241, which states that it is illegal for people to “conspire to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession,

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy dismissed Saturday the planned summit between U.S. President Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin, warning that any peace deal excluding Kyiv would lead to “dead solutions.”
The Trump-Putin meeting, scheduled for Friday in Alaska, is seen as a potential breakthrough.
Trump had previously agreed to meet with Putin even if the Russian leader would not meet with Zelenskyy, stoking fears Ukraine could be sidelined in efforts to stop the continent’s biggest conflict since World War II.
In a statement posted to Telegram, Zelenskyy said Ukraine’s territorial integrity, enshrined in the constitution, must be non-negotiable and emphasized that lasting peace must include Ukraine’s voice at the table.

The Trump administration’s launch of a grand jury probe into Obama-era officials marks an escalation in its use of the justice system to go after political adversaries, amid mounting pressure to release files related to the disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein.
It’s the first sign the Justice Department is acting on criminal referrals made by Trump intelligence officials, after Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard accused officials of a “treasonous conspiracy” related to Russian interference in the 2016 election.

California and New York are signaling they will move forward with plans to redraw congressional lines as Democrats look to counter the Texas GOP.
California Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) said Monday that Democrats are pursuing a plan to put mid-decade redistricting before voters, which could be “triggered” by what happens in Texas. And New York Gov. Kathy Hochul (D), appearing alongside Texas Democrats who fled to her state over the proposed maps Monday, embraced exploring “every option” to redraw congressional lines.

On Tuesday’s “Alex Marlow Show,” host and Breitbart Editor-in-Chief Alex Marlow talked about connections between lawfare and Russiagate. Marlow stated, “The lawfare against Trump would not have been possible if there was accountability for Russigate, if Clapper and Brennan and Comey hadn’t gotten book deals and cable news contributorships but had, instead, gotten handcuffs and perp walks for what they did, there would not have been any of this lawfare.”

A photographer whose work is routinely picked up by international agencies reportedly stages photographs of hunger in Gaza, emphasizing women and children and avoiding showing Palestinians receiving food, German Bild says. Potential problem: The scene, captured by other photographers as well, shows mostly adult men waiting for food – and getting it.

Because “journalist” Fteiha apparently has a mission: “Free Palestine.” This is what it says on a bombastic painting he presents on his Instagram account—in combat gear with the proud inscription “Presse.” The “artist” who created the image for Fteiha is an avowed Jew-hater.

The next shoe dropped on Monday in the case of Texas Democrat legislators fleeing to Illinois and New York to deny a quorum, and now a motion to approve arrest warrants has been passed. As RedState reported, 51 Texas Democrats left the state on Sunday in an attempt to stop Republicans from passing a redistricting plan that would conceivably gain the GOP five congressional seats. Gov. Greg Abbott (R-TX) had been spearheading the plan as a way to combat the gerrymandering in states like California, where an "independent commission" drew lines that gave Democrats 83 percent of the seats despite their vote totals coming in far lower.

With efforts underway by Administrator Lee Zeldin to reform the EPA’s reputation for junk science, it is worthwhile to look back at how science became politicized within that agency. The story begins over a half century ago during the counterculture revolution of the late ‘60s when environmentalism became popular. Paul Ehrlich, who is often credited with being the founding guru of the environmental movement, became an overnight celebrity with his 1968 best-seller, The Population Bomb. In it, he warned about the consequences of population growth and predicted imminent famine and resource depletion for the world.

Oklahoma Senator Markwayne Mullin (R) joined Maria Bartiromo on "Sunday Morning Futures" to discuss the latest developments regarding Senate efforts to confirm President Donald Trump's nominees in the face of Democrat resistance.
As Bonchie reported previously, Senate Republicans have (seemingly) learned a lesson and decided to play hardball with the Democrats — and President Trump is having none of Minority Leader Chuck Schumer's (D-NY) shenanigans. On Saturday, the Senate got 10 nominees confirmed, including Jeanine Pirro as U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia,

Recently, a large group of black youths began pummeling white adults in downtown Cincinnati.
The original altercation apparently broke out between a black and white male in he-said/he-said fashion. But that dispute soon turned into a virtual free-for-all.
Numerous male and female black youths sucker-punched a middle-aged woman. Others continued to kick or body slam the victims. There were many disturbing aspects to the beat-downs. One, the violence broke out along racial and age fault lines. After the initial dispute, groups of black youths swarmed solitary older white bystanders to pound them.
Two, the surrounding assembled group of black youths not only failed to intervene to restrain the bullies.

Despite the best efforts of Russiagate-complicit media to dismiss as “Russian disinformation” the latest revelations in this escalating scandal implicating Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton in the treasonous “years-long coup” against President Trump, the public is paying attention and wants heads to roll.
According to a Rasmussen poll released Monday, two-thirds of voters (65%) are following declassified releases over the past month by Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard and Sen. Chuck Grassley “very closely” (32%) or “somewhat closely” (33%), repudiating the calculated media silence about the Obama administration’s fake narratives and manipulation of intelligence to frame Donald Trump as a Kremlin stooge to cover up Hillary Clinton’s wrongdoing.

Democratic Party leaders in the city’s most conservative borough are jumping on the Zohran Mamdani bandwagon in what critics are calling the political equivalent of a “shotgun wedding.”
Staten Island Democrats are making nice with the party nominee after backing his rival, ex-Gov. Andrew Cuomo in the June Democratic Party primary. Cuomo is now running in the general election on an independent, minor-party line.
“Zohran is the Democratic nominee. The voters have spoken,” said Laura LoBianco Sword, chairwoman of the borough’s Democratic Party.
