Electeds who prioritize other nations over the US are unworthy "leaders." Americans deserve to come first in their own country, as they receive no benefit from importing poverty and ingratitude into their communities. Our country is the United States of America. Citizens owe it to themselves to call out politicians who seek to empower themselves by making a point of NOT serving their actual constituents. It doesn't matter if the person is new to America, or like Nancy Pelosi, has a long history of holding office and claiming "Diversity is our strength" while facilitating the mass importation of poverty. Electeds, imported or home grown, who place burdens on US citizens by redistribution of their wealth are not in office to help Americans. We owe such politicians nothing.

Four decades ago I was sitting having a cup of tea in Bramerton Street in Chelsea, just off the King's Road. It was the home of Alan Jay Lerner, author of Brigadoon, Paint Your Wagon, My Fair Lady, Gigi, Camelot, and much else. Alan was not as wealthy as he'd been two decades earlier, because he'd carelessly acquired seven ex-wives and was in the umpteenth year of a long-running dispute with the IRS. NYC-issued debit cards meant to pay participants working in a summer youth program were instead used by scammers who nabbed $17 million over a three-day period earlier this month, sources told The Post. The scam — the subject of an ongoing fraud probe — led to ATMs across the Big Apple being banged for big bucks from July 11 to July 13, with the cash ending up in the wrong hands rather than kids and young adults in the Summer Youth Employment Program, officials said.[snip] However, an error allowed the cards to access massive payments of up $40,000 per ATM.

At least 11 people were stabbed in a bloody scene inside a Michigan Walmart Saturday night — causing terrified shoppers and employees to flee — before a brave armed citizen helped detain the knife-wielding maniac, according to police, witnesses and harrowing video. The terror unfolded around 5 p.m. when the alleged 42-year-old male attacker began randomly stabbing shoppers with a “standard” folding knife in various sections of the big-box chain store in Traverse City, about 255 miles northwest of Detroit, Grand Traverse County Sheriff Michael Shea said. Aviation’s Commanding Officer Winston Faison was an “incompetent boob” who had numerous breaches in safety as he attempted to make himself the unit’s head helicopter instructor, whistleblowers revealed. When FAA inspectors made a surprise visit to the base on July 16 because of internal complaints to the agency, Faison flipped his lid, police sources said. “Do not give them anything!’” he barked at his cops, an insider said. “Who let them on the base?”

He was once hailed as the Democrat Party’s unifying figure, but Obama’s recent scolding of his own party’s base didn’t just flop — it sparked a backlash even his defenders can’t ignore. As PJ Media previously reported, during a ritzy gathering of party elites in New Jersey, Obama dismissed the rampant frustration among liberals, telling them to show “a little bit less navel-gazing and a little less whining and being in fetal positions.” "And it's going to require Democrats to just toughen up,” he said.

President Volodymyr Zelensky’s anticorruption policies have already provoked Ukraine’s first antigovernment protests since the Russian invasion in 2022. Now, it seems, they may cost the country a portion of its foreign aid from the European Union, in a clear rebuke from the bloc, once a staunch ally. The European Union said on Friday that it would withhold 1.5 billion euros, or $1.7 billion, from an overall fund of 4.5 billion euros whose disbursement is dependent on achieving good governance standards and that can’t be used for military purchases.
