California clinic staffers seek to shield
ICE agents from detaining Honduran landscaper

Staff at a California surgical center were captured on video trying to block Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents from arresting a Honduran landscaper this week, with one telling a federal officer "you don’t even have a warrant for him." The tense scene unfolded Tuesday at the Ontario Advanced Surgery Center, located about 30 miles east of Los Angeles. "Get your hands off of him," one staff member in blue scrubs is heard saying, shielding the man from an immigration agent. "Let him go. You need to get out."

Comments:

ICE agents facing obstruction in California once again. Every single staffer who put their hands upon that ICE agent should be placed in handcuffs and arrested for obstruction.

Arrest all the idiots in blue clothes for obstruction of justice. See how they like spending the night in jail and spending a bunch of money on lawyers.

While some of you see this as a good thing, if this guy was simply going about his business and not in trouble of any kind, then this is the type of enforcement that needs to be on the lowest priority. I'm sure they have plenty more who are active criminals (besides the illegal entry which is essentially a misdemeanor) who have battery charges, rape, domestic abuse, etc they can be targeting. Now, that this person evaded the law enforcement persons by running into the medical building and that those persons decided to insert themselves into the situation is a whole other issue. Trust me, most will find they have many relatives who entered the country and years later became naturalized citizens. And they all didn't enter legally either. We can do better and I'm not talking amnesty which would be granting them citizenship ahead of those who are already in line going threw the process.

Poster 4, ICE can do a better job of countering democrat bleeding heart arguments, e.g., “Hernandez added that the man was sending money to Honduras to help his mother with her dialysis treatments.” What about the landscaper’s strain on American systems such as health care, welfare, public schools and subsidized housing? And, is he working on the grid? And if so, is he guilty of identity theft or did he use fake IDs to gain employment?

#4 ICE needs to be taking in every illegal alien that comes into view while they are looking for the more dangerous ones. Not doing so means a lot more labor and money looking for them later after they have spent even more time sucking off of the American taxpayer.

These people put their hands on a federal officer performing his duty. That is aggravated battery. It’s a felony . They should be tried, convicted and thrown in jail for ten years.

One of the most powerful executives in the financial industry did not mince words when talking about the modern Democrat Party. Jamie Dimon, the CEO of JPMorgan Chase, absolutely went off on the political left, its terrible ideas, and even worse execution. "I have a lot of friends who are Democrats, and they’re idiots," Dimon said, per Bloomberg, while speaking at a foreign-ministry event in Ireland. "I always say they have big hearts and little brains. They do not understand how the real world works. Almost every single policy rolled out has failed," he added. How did the Democrats go so far in the wrong direction?

Longtime "60 Minutes" correspondent Steve Kroft and "Daily Show" host Jon Stewart bashed Paramount Global and CBS’ eight-figure settlement with President Donald Trump as giving into a "shakedown" on Monday. Kroft appeared on Paramount-owned Comedy Central to discuss the settlement with Stewart, who didn’t pull punches when discussing his own employer. Kroft, who retired from the show in 2019 after a 30-year run, said his former colleagues are devastated that CBS and its parent company settled Trump’s "election interference" lawsuit. "I think there is a lot of fear over there… fear of losing their job, fear of what’s happening to the country, fear of losing the First Amendment," Kroft said.

Democratic lawmakers say their voters are enraged at the lack of ability to counter President Donald Trump's agenda, with some saying they could resort to "violence," Axios reported Monday. The outlet says it spoke to over two dozen House Democrats to measure the temperature of the Democratic base. What it found was red-hot anger and a burgeoning desire to circumvent the rule of law, where explanations that Democrats simply don't hold enough power in Washington fall on deaf ears. "We've got people who are desperately wanting us to do something... no matter what we say, they want [more]," Rep. Brad Schneider, D-Ill., told the outlet.

Everyone talks about transparency. The Democrats don’t like it. They’re all about secrecy and censorship. The right believes in transparency but caves when challenged. So the American people are often left in the dark about most things governmental and are not aware of the rampant duplicity that undergirds everything remotely political. Obviously, the Democrats’ strategy has been well-planned with the confidence that higher courts, especially the SCOTUS, would not interfere with their lawfare. Chief Justice Roberts has reason to be ashamed of Judge James "Jeb" Boasberg; he appointed him to the FISA court.

The good news for Warner Bros./DC Studios is that its new Superman movie is quickly becoming a cultural touchstone, the standard by which all future superhero movies will be judged. Director James Gunn is suddenly the Mario Mendoza of action filmmaking, and his Superman denotes the Mendoza Line, the trough of superhero futility.
