Acosta seems to forget that Ivanna and Melania did not sneak into the US by wading across the Rio Grande River, pay the Mexican Cartels to get here, or overstay their tourist or student visas to be here. They came here the legal way.

We all see by using the word immigrant instead of illegal alien, is an attempt to convince people that the illegals are just innocent migrators. There is a big difference between a legal immigrant and an illegal alien. When the leftist progressive Democrats call both just “Immigrants” they are wrong and are simply attempting to confuse the American public most of who do not have very much knowledge of how immigration to the USA has worked since before the US Civil War. I do, and I have my Mother’s foreign passport that was issued to her in her homeland one hundred years ago. Inside the passport is a US Immigrant visa, a stamp showing when she entered the USA, and a very old US alien registration card showing that she was a permanent resident alien, in other words she was a legal immigrant. She passed away almost fifty years ago. Without having that passport and immigrant visa she never would have been able to get on the ship to come to America not alone enter the USA. That’s the way most American’s ancestors legally entered the USA. Today, each year, the USA allows about 1.8 legal immigrants from all over the world to permanently immigrate to the USA. All those legal immigrants can easily identify themselves by showing their alien registration card that all are issued. Before mass uncontrolled illegal immigration started in the mid 1960’s after President Johnson did away with the old so-called “Bracero” program to mollify Cesar Chavez and his United Farmworkers Union, the “Bracero” temporary farm worker program, that was an understanding between Mexico and the USA was used by US Farmers to obtain seasonal agricultural workers on a seasonal basis from Mexico. The way that seasonal agricultural program worked, was that each year farmers could have Mexican farmworkers enter the USA at the beginning of each growing season to work on their farms until after the harvest, whereupon the Mexican Agricultural workers would return to Mexico to most of the time tend their own farms. That is not to say that a number of “Bracero” workers did not violate the terms of their admission to the USA, by not returning to Mexico as required and instead sought to gain unauthorized US employment in non-agricultural industries. But that number was minuscule compared to the tens of millions of illegal aliens over the years since, and especially where during the Biden years when the leftist and progressive Democrats announced to the world “with a wink and a nod” that they had essentially “opened” the US Borders to all comers regardless of the intent of the US immigration laws obviously to create a new future leftist and progressive Democrat foreign born support and voter base made up of mostly Third World origin illegal aliens who the Democrats can claim are members of minority groups in accordance with Democrat identity politics to permanently change the ethnic, racial, and political population demographics of the USA in the years ahead.

Acosta's job title is now EX-CNN Correspondent. Acosta, you should self examine why you failed at CNN. Here's help: you were obnoxious, wrong about everything, and are a very ignorant man with nothing to contribute.

Another example of how even legal immigrants, like Acosta's parents, are not good for the USA when they raise a son as classless as he is.
