In Tehran, Iranians are reportedly chanting enthusiastically about the anticipated fall of the “Islamic Republic” regime and the potential return of the Crown Prince, heir to the ancient throne of Persia.
While it is unclear exactly the extent of the damage Israel has inflicted on Iran and whether or not the current genocidal regime will fall because of it, Crown Prince Reza Pahlavi confirmed that Iranian soldiers and officials have reached out to him, and he urged the Iranian people to rise up, announcing he already has a plan for renewing Iran should he come to power again.
Clips are circulating online of Iranians chanting a slogan that has been translated:

It could and should work. But never forget that one of this Ayatollah's predecessors waited in France for the chance to take over from this Pahlavi's ancestor. Today's Ayatollah cannot be allowed to escape and live. Else all of Israel's work will be for naught.

Hey Iranian Military, get ahead of the Death Cult Curve, take out the Mullah's, ALL OF THEM and their hard core supporters, ALL OF THEM, then Install Crown Prince Reza Pahlavi and you might just survive this Muzzie Death CULT!

A case of buyer's remorse, although it took almost 50 years to sink in. The mullahs never really had an end game other than destroying Israel & the USA. If the mullahs challenged the Russians or the Chinese, they would've shown far less restraint towards Iran than the US or Israel did. Obama and the Dems bent over backwards trying to appease the mullahs, and so did the RINO Bushes. It will be nice to live in a world where Iran isn't on par with a James Bond villain. Prior to 1979 the Iranians had a much more open society-lets see if it will return.

Still won't trust them any farther than I could throw them. Egypt was once a civilized nation too back in the 60's and 70's. Now they regularly gang up and mass murder Coptic Christians. Islam in any and all forms is a plague and ruins every country it touches.

The return of the Shah's family could be the end goal here. The Mullahs and Ayatollahs are basically parasites bleeding Iran dry. They can only do that because they control the military. Getting rid of the top military gives the possibility others military leaders could rise to the top that are not loyal to the Mullahs and Ayatollahs. Time will tell what happens.

We imposed rule by the Shah's family on the Iranians back in 1952. That didn't work out so well.

Have we not had enough decades of our country sticking its dirty fingers into other countries affairs and causing death and destruction? Obviously not. Qui bono? Certainly not the local populations nor the impoverished US taxpayers but certain vile entities and the politicians who get their kickbacks.

Why install another hereditary monarchy? Why not let the Iranian people have real voting power and elect their leaders? If they willingly elect more purveyors of terror, then the war that follows might not be so focused on preventing collateral damage.

I will believe Iran deserves to live as a normal country when their women shed those Zorro clothes and start wearing western clothes again.

Jimmy Carter and the CIA are completely to blame for all of the Iranian sponsored terrorism the world has suffered since 1979!

My thought is to BEWARE, and keep an eye out that CHINA does not let the Israelis do the heavy lifting of removing the Mullahs, then have ChiCom actors slip in and do their best to install a government that is sympathetic to, if not a vassal of, the ChiComs.

The religious zealots are in power only as long as the military is on their side. I hope the new military leaders are smart enough to know that an American backed Israel can decimate their armies.

At this point, Iranians would prefer Mickey Mouse over the fanatics they have leading them now. They chanted just as much when Shah Pahlavi was ousted by Carter's CIA. Do the Marines at our embassies still carry empty rifles? Do we even have an embassy there?

I agree with #16 and other posters. Anybody would be better than what's there now. My preference would be a shah with no real power. Something like the monarchy in Great Britain. A royal figurehead who is not an autocrat. Like King Charles. Cut ribbons and do good works, make a few speeches etc.

Agree with #6. Life under the Shah was no picnic. He was installed by the CIA and was only slightly less brutal than Khameni and Mullahs (without the religious element). He made a blue fortune off of the United States (think Zelensky). That's why the Iranians were happy to see him go....unfortunately he was replaced with something much, much worse. We "might should" be careful what we wish for....

Always felt bad for the Shah and his family...if his heir could come back into power....that would stabalize the transition...BUT... it must be the wishes of the Iranian people...and I would love to know what Netanyahu thinks about it....when carter became president...the moolas saw the weakness and took control of Iran...WE don't want another situation like that...well...WE have President Trump in the Oval Office and he's got his staff checking out the possibilities,,,,

I heard on tousi TV that there is a popular plan out there whereby the Crown Prince returns and runs a transition government under the Constitution as it was before the mullah takeover, and that this transition government will run a referendum in which the people will choose the form of government they want going forward: republic? constitutional monarchy? what Germany has? etc.

Do you really think some puppet king installed by Israel and the US is going to have the overwhelming support of all those Shia Muslims? I give it 2 years before overthrown again. Also, free "democratic" elections in Iraq and Afghanistan worked so well, right?
We are NOT dealing with even nominal Christians or Western Secular Humanists, children of the Enlightenment, people who even have the slightest commonalities in their view of culture, community, men, women, children, family, God, politics, religion, science, medicine, ANYTHING as the average American or European. Their civilization is nothing like ours. Stop trying to force them to become something they will never ever be. They don't want to be us. When will we Americans finally learn not everyone wants to be us.

I'm hearing now the Iranian Pilots Association, which their fighter pilots belong to, is openly calling for the regime to be overthrown. I wonder where the Iranian military is. They are seperate from the IRGC and presumably outnumber them.
And word is Israel just hit the Ayatollah's bunker in Lavasan. Apparently, the IRGC and several ambulances are at the scene now.
