Potential Ouster of Vice Chair David Hogg

The Democratic National Committee (DNC) is on the brink of “chaos” in the aftermath of the DNC moving forward with a process to oust gun control activist and Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School shooting survivor David Hogg as vice chair. Officials in the DNC have reportedly found “themselves in a war of words over the issues at play” in the aftermath of the DNC’s credentials committee 13-2 vote to void the election results from February in which Hogg and Pennsylvania state Rep. Malcolm Kenyatta (D) were elected to serve as co-vice chairmen of the committee, the Hill reported.

I think it was Will Rogers who said he wasn't a member of an organized political party, he was a Democrat. I think chaotic and duplicitous are better descriptions these days.

Malcolm Kenyatta Wikipedia "is an American politician from the North Philadelphia neighborhood of Philadelphia" "In 2016 and 2020, he was elected as a delegate to the Democratic National Convention" "Kenyatta won the general election in November against Republican opponent Milton Street with 95.3% of the vote.[28] The win made him one of the youngest elected state representatives in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the first openly LGBTQ person of color elected to either chamber of the Pennsylvania General Assembly in the state's history.[" "On February 18, 2021, Kenyatta announced his bid for the United States Senate in the 2022 Democratic primary.[30] He lost the Democratic nomination to Lieutenant Governor John Fetterman, winning only 10.9% of the vote and also losing his home county.[31] " "Kenyatta and his husband Matt live in Philadelphia" Philly, The City Of Brotherly Love

Young democrats are getting uneasy about the open and obvious corruption of the Democrat party. Nobody trusts a liar! nobody wants to live in a dictatorship! But if they follow in their party's 'If they say its day, we say its night!', 'No more 2nd Amendment', 'censor our political rivals', and their total lack of any common sense, they are doomed.

The DNC has been "on the brink" since the days of Billy Jeff Clinton and his lovely little woman. They ran a propaganda campaign to try to convince America that "character does not count" in a leader and many people bought it and accepted the Monica Lewinsky affair as just minor misbehavior in a great man. It was such a wrong message that it launched Rush Limbaugh's brilliant career. There have been many vomit-inducing players since then but in choosing Malcolm Kenyatta and David Hogg they thrust upon the country two of the worst possible examples of real men that one can find anywhere. They cover all of the bases of the mentally ill and delusional values held by the most radical of democrats and they expected this pair to rally their base. They don't get it that they are making even their own members sick.

The dems have been trying to appease their radical wing, about 1/2 the party by throwing them various bones like things about climate, tolerance for rioting, electing Hogg to the DNC, etc. But the radicals are an insatiable beast, especially since the rest of the party leaders seem to be knuckleheads. What little sanity prevails in the dem party realizes they are not going to win elections with the radicals in charge. Half of their own party would reject them. Trump's party would have nothing to do with them. That's 70% of the electorate against them. With the dying media, they cannot sell the lie that the radicals are not really radical. Yet, how do you assemble a party that is 1/2 this and 1/2 that. That leads to chaos and THAT is what we are seeing. The funny thing is, they rail against Trump because he is transformative, and that DOES generate some chaos. Yet chaos can yield good outcomes (Trump) or bad (dems). The American People are starting to see, understand, and appreciate the difference. That's really bad news for the dems no matter who their leaders are.

Hogg’s job was to do as he’s told and keep his mouth shut. He really thought he could step into this role and personally do a makeover of how the Party is run, using it as a platform to fund raise for his own PAC. He’s getting a good look at how the Democrats really operate. Unfortunately this lesson will be lost on him.

The DNC obviously was not aware that Harvard had become nothing but an indoctrination center for perverts, antisemitics, communists and DEI dimwits or they might have taken another look at Hogg before elevating him to their version of stardom. When they finally give him the boot, the poor kid will be hated by both right and left and will probably be forced to write job applications to beg Starbucks or Burger King to employ him. As a point of interest, I was a Katrina Survivor and escaped death by only twelve hundred miles.

WASHINGTON — The Supreme Court on Monday gave the Trump administration the green light to revoke special legal protections for thousands of Venezuelan immigrants, which could pave the way for them to be deported. The high court granted an emergency application filed by the administration, meaning officials can move forward with reversing a decision made at the tail end of the Biden administration to extend protections for more than 300,000 Venezuelans under the federal Temporary Protected Status program. The brief order noted that liberal Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson would have denied the application. Litigation will now continue in lower courts.

President Donald Trump’s "one big, beautiful bill" survived a key hurdle in the House of Representatives on Sunday night, putting it one step closer to a chamber-wide vote later this week. Lawmakers on the House Budget Committee were summoned back to Washington for a 10 p.m. meeting to vote on advancing the legislation, which passed the panel in a nearly party-line vote. Speaker Mike Johnson, R-La., made a surprise appearance at the committee room shortly before the vote began, telling reporters, "We think this is going to go well tonight. We're about to find out." He said there would likely be "minor modifications" to the final bill.

On Sunday, news broke that former President Joe Biden was diagnosed with an aggressive form of prostate cancer, characterized by a Gleason score of 9 and metastasis to the bone. The announcement, made by Biden’s office, detailed that the diagnosis followed the discovery of a prostate nodule after worsening urinary symptoms a week prior. While the statement emphasized that the cancer is hormone-sensitive, offering hope for effective management, the timing and context of this revelation raise serious questions about transparency and political motivations. The key question I have is this: Did Joe Biden’s inner circle know about this diagnosis last year?

Natalie Jasmine Harris, the creator of the film titled Grace, says she is shocked by how similar Obama’s commercial is to a scene in her movie. Harris says that the scene in Obama’s commercial where two girls play pat-a-cake is nearly the same in style as the scene in her movie. “It’s not about the game. It’s about the cinematic tools used to depict it,” Harris told Business Insider. Harris notes that Obama’s commercial has framing and camera angles that seem to mimic her movie.

BUCHAREST - Romania's centrist Bucharest mayor, Nicusor Dan, won the country's presidential election on Sunday in a shock upset over a hard-right, nationalist rival who had pledged to put Romania on a path inspired by U.S. President Donald Trump's politics. Official results from nearly all voting stations showed Dan garnering about 54% of ballots cast by voters in the EU and NATO member country of about 19 million people, while Trump supporter George Simion was at 46%. Dan, 55, a soft-spoken mathematician, made a last-minute dash to the top in recent days after weeks of trailing Simion, a eurosceptic wanting to end military aid for Ukraine in its war with Russia.

The Wall Street Journal reported that Hamas's former chief, Yahya Sinwar, was concerned that normalization between Saudi Arabia and Israel would take attention away from pushes for Palestinian statehood. According to the documents, Sinwar said that there was “no doubt that the Saudi-Zionist normalization agreement is progressing significantly," and that such an agreement would “open the door for the majority of Arab and Islamic countries to follow the same path.”

The majestic Cuauhtémoc — which has a crew of 277, mostly cadets — apparently lost power as it was sailing out of New York on its way to Iceland and the current carried it into the road deck of the bridge around 8:30 p.m., according to Mayor Eric Adams and footage of the crash. The collision sheared off the ship’s 147-foot masts. Adams said two sailors

First, my sympathies for the Biden family. I’ve been there. Now, here’s my puzzlement. Prostate cancer is notoriously slow-growing. Although prostate cancer is the second-leading cause of cancer deaths among men (second to only lung cancer), that’s not because it’s so deadly, but because it’s so common. It’s a fact that more men die with prostate cancer than of it. Of those who die, the typical mechanism of death is by the cancer cells metastasizing to other organs and/or to the bones. It takes years for that to happen – typically something like 5-10 years even without treatment, and even longer with treatment.
