Former President Joe Biden has been diagnosed with an "aggressive form" of prostate cancer that has spread to his bones, his office said in a statement on Sunday. "Last week, President Joe Biden was seen for a new finding of a prostate nodule after experiencing increasing urinary symptoms," his office said in a statement. "On Friday he was diagnosed with prostate cancer, characterized by a Gleason score of 9 (Grade Group 5) with metastasis to the bone. While this represents a more aggressive form of the disease, the cancer appears to be hormone-sensitive which allows for effective management. The President

I should feel sorry for him. But frankly after what he has done to this country, I would be lying if I said so.

Another health care over up. you mean this guy that had thorough routine exams annually and they missed a nodule? Missed until is had metastasized to the bone? Come on man!. Another cover up. Now the 'sympathy' diagnosis to divert attention form the Hue interview. Like clockwork, the DeMS-13 always announce news to cover up worst news.

Word of former President Joe Biden’s diagnosis of aggressive prostate cancer immediately spawned speculation he may have known about the disease while still in the White House — maybe even as he was pursuing a second term in office — but others are pushing back and requesting empathy for the 82-year-old. Urologist Dr. David Shusterman said Biden, who received the finest healthcare while in office, could have known for some time. He said the type of metastasizing cancer the former president has takes years to develop. “This is what I typically would see in a VA hospital, where a patient

Officials are investigating what caused a Mexican navy tall ship to veer off course and strike the Brooklyn Bridge on May 17, killing two sailors and injuring more than a dozen others on board. Videos shared online captured the training vessel Cuauhtémoc sailing toward the iconic bridge, which connects the New York City boroughs of Brooklyn and Manhattan. The ship's 147-foot masts, which were shining bright with decorative lights, couldn't clear the arched bridge and were sheared off upon impact. Naval cadets dressed in white uniforms could be seen dangling from the ship's crossbeams. Meanwhile, bystanders at one of the

The number of homeless people in Multnomah, Washington and Clackamas counties is higher than ever, according to the latest numbers from the national biannual homelessness count. (Snip) Surveyors identified 12,034 homeless people in the tri-county region this January, with 87% of them residing in Multnomah County, according to the preliminary data. More than half of those counted – 7,038 people – were unsheltered. That’s the highest total since the count began in 2007, according to historical data. And the increase has happened despite all three counties sheltering and housing thousands more people every year. These numbers could change slightly after

The Los Angeles City Council voted Wednesday to approve a sweeping package of minimum wage increases for workers in the tourism industry, despite objections from business leaders who warned that the region is already facing a slowdown in international travel. The proposal, billed by labor leaders as the highest minimum wage in the country, would require hotels with more than 60 rooms, as well as companies doing business at Los Angeles International Airport, to pay their workers $30 per hour by 2028. That translates to a 48% hike in the minimum wage for hotel employees over three years. Airport workers

MIAMI BEACH, Florida — Activist and philanthropist Abigail Disney urged donors and the leaders of major foundations and nonprofits to be braver with their giving, especially at a time when more are fearful about speaking their minds. (Snip) Disney told The Associated Press in an interview before the panel that she planned to be more outspoken because “everyone has been so quiet since the election.” Many question why major donors and foundations have not reacted faster to the Trump administration’s cuts to foreign aid and federal funding to nonprofits, though some organizations, like the Marguerite Casey Foundation, have opted to

Former Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg held a town hall in the influential early-contest state of Iowa on Tuesday, potentially fueling added speculation about another presidential run for the prominent Democrat. Buttigieg held the town hall with VoteVets, a progressive political action committee advocating on issues like national security and veterans’ care, in Cedar Rapids, marking the first time he’s been back to Iowa since the end of the Biden administration. The former 2020 presidential candidate noted that he’s not currently a public official, nor is he actively running for office and called on officials to take part in more events

Inflation was slightly lower than expected in April as President Donald Trump’s tariffs just began hitting the slowing U.S. economy, according to a Labor Department report Tuesday. The consumer price index, which measures the costs for a broad range of goods and services, rose a seasonally adjusted 0.2% for the month, putting the 12-month inflation rate at 2.3%, its lowest since February 2021, the Bureau of Labor Statistics said. The monthly reading was in line with the Dow Jones consensus estimate while the 12-month was a bit below the forecast for 2.4%. Excluding volatile food and energy prices, core CPI

First, my sympathies for the Biden family. I’ve been there. Now, here’s my puzzlement. Prostate cancer is notoriously slow-growing. Although prostate cancer is the second-leading cause of cancer deaths among men (second to only lung cancer), that’s not because it’s so deadly, but because it’s so common. It’s a fact that more men die with prostate cancer than of it. Of those who die, the typical mechanism of death is by the cancer cells metastasizing to other organs and/or to the bones. It takes years for that to happen – typically something like 5-10 years even without treatment, and even longer with treatment.

While the statement emphasized that the cancer is hormone-sensitive, offering hope for effective management, the timing and context of this revelation raise serious questions about transparency and political motivations. The key question I have is this: Did Joe Biden’s inner circle know about this diagnosis last year?
