DENVER — The impact of President Donald Trump's new policies and executive orders have been felt around the country, including in Denver classrooms. Data from Denver Public Schools found that in the weeks and months after Trump took office, his mass deportation plans and the fear they instilled in some communities had a big impact on how many kids came to class. Inside Arielle Walker's kindergarten class, students learn the important lessons. Their teacher helps keep students engaged and the classroom bright. "It is crazy hair day for 'Spirit Week' and 'Teacher Appreciation Week,'" Walker said, laughing and pointing the neon

Comments:

So there is either a tremendous number of illegal immigrants in the schools, or truancy rates are soaring. Which is it? Neither is Trump's fault.

FTA: DPS data also shows 474 new-to-country students have left the district from Jan. 1 through April 15 of this year. Good. BTW, at the height of the Biden induced illegal alien invasion, Denver Public Schools enrolled 200-300 illegal alien children per week.

As fears of mass deportations in Denver calm down for now, Canty said attendance and enrollment is rebounding as families fears ease. The obvious bias and antsiness of teachers like this wouldn't help. And my recollection of kindergarten was that it was a boring play and nap time with none of the learning I expected when I looked forward to school. I have a hunch these absentees were illegals whose parents kept them at home.

It costs American taxpayers more than $100,000 to educate a single child K-12. And the average immigrant family has many more children than the average American family.

It’s the Democrats who are scaring immigrant communities, whether they consist of illegal aliens or legal immigrants. That’s very evident, as how many times has Homeland Security or Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) either threatened to or actually raided the Denver Public Schools to arrest illegal alien students?

Take the $1000, book your planr flight, and go home. ICE will catch up with you eventually. And by the time that happens, there won't be no comin' back. Go home and do it right. We need immigrants, but ones who do it right, add something to our Society and want to assimilate. Not change us into the place they're fleeing!

In the weeks surrounding President Trump’s inauguration, America’s propaganda press relentlessly cited leftist claims that 15,000 trans-identifying individuals would be booted from the military under the new commander-in-chief. The insinuation, of course, was that such a move would harm “military readiness” and the country’s national security. In a statement to The Federalist, a Defense Department official said that, as of February, there are “approximately 4,200 Active-duty, Guard and Reserve service members currently serving diagnosed with gender dysphoria” throughout the armed forces. The total is roughly the same that was announced by the agency in February.
