When free speech and election transparency collide with political pressure, citizens are often caught in the middle. President Trump is the G.O.A.T. - the greatest president of my lifetime, and by the end of his 2nd term, I’m betting he will be seen as the greatest president of all time. If you’re not in academia, or it’s been awhile since you were in college, you might not know this: the students are not what they used to be. Most of our students are functionally illiterate. This is not a joke. By “functionally illiterate” I mean “unable to read and comprehend adult novels Their writing skills are at the 8th-grade level. Spelling is atrocious, grammar is random, Worse is the resistance to original thought.
Former University of Wisconsin–La Crosse chancellor and professor Joe Gow has filed a lawsuit against the school, seeking reinstatement after school officials dismissed him after discovering that he and his wife had created pornography. Walmart said Thursday it plans to raise prices on some goods beginning later this month, in response to President Trump’s tariffs.
