Colorado’s “Kelly Loving Act” (HB 1312) is truly one of the most radical, extreme, and anti-family bills ever proposed in our nation’s 249-year history. And that might be an understatement.
HB 1312 purports to provide “legal protections for transgender individuals.” In reality, it facilitates the state ripping children away from their parents if they refuse to go along with their child’s desire to “socially” or “medically transition.”

Low-cost online retailer Temu is ceasing shipments to the United States from China, the company announced on May 2.
On Friday, Temu, which is run by a U.S.-based subsidiary of PPD Holdings, said in a media statement released to The Epoch Times that the platform is transitioning “to a local fulfillment model.”
“Temu’s pricing for U.S. consumers remains unchanged,” the May 2 statement said. “All sales in the U.S. are now handled by locally based sellers, with orders fulfilled from within the country.”

Three years ago, the Democratic Party nominated John Fetterman to the Senate, despite his significant health problems. It wasn’t a secret: Fetterman’s brain trauma was on full display during his horrendous debate against Dr. Mehmet Oz, where he stammered, stuttered, and (repeatedly) lost his train of thought.
Fetterman won anyway, beating Oz by nearly 5% points, helping the Democrats flip the only Senate seat of the 2022 midterms, giving the Donkeys control of the Senate for the first time since 2015.
It was an important election — and a Faustian bargain:

I was in the room when Warren Buffett said he would step down as CEO at the end of this year, marking the end of a remarkable tenure that has lasted nearly six decades.
The legendary investor and Berkshire Hathaway boss made the surprise announcement in the closing minutes of a nearly five-hour-long Q&A on Saturday at his company's annual meeting in Omaha.
The packed stadium was stunned into silence. The longest-serving S&P 500 CEO, who took the top job in 1970 and built Berkshire from a failing textile company into a $1 trillion company known around the world, was stepping down.

BOMBSHELL: A Biden-appointed federal judge is under fire after blocking Border Patrol from arresting illegal aliens—while her husband profits from real estate deals involving undocumented immigrants, according to explosive revelations by Laura Loomer.
U.S. District Judge Jennifer L. Thurston issued a major injunction halting immigration enforcement in Eastern California, a move critics say directly benefits her husband’s business dealings with illegal immigrant clients. The ruling, which targets Trump-era border operations, has ignited a firestorm over judicial ethics and further fueled claims that the Biden administration is undermining border security through politicized courts

The calls for violence are growing louder and louder by the day. The agitators are calling for the assassination of public figures and elected officials; they are calling for acts of insurrection by federal and local law enforcement.
These are actions that would very likely prompt a second civil war, but the agitators have no thought of that, or, on the few occasions when they register that possibility, seem somehow to think that their side would win.
The people making these calls for violence are, of course, all members of the "progressive" left. Jonathan Turley recently penned an interesting piece on those people.

On a Saturday night in late April, the White House Correspondents Association (WHCA) doled out awards, one of which went to Alex Thompson of Axios. The judges said he deserved the award because, “Thompson’s aggressive reporting on Biden, especially leading up to and after the Trump-Biden debate, revealed that the president’s cognitive decline was impacting his ability to do his job, information the White House tried to conceal. After the debate, Thompson was the first to report that Biden was at his best from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. -- a stunning revelation.”

Michelle says the following to an unseen individual:
"You're being a role model for dealing with a child that's transgender... That warms my heart, particularly as a black man."
Was this an inadvertent confession of what some have always claimed?
But before the word 'scandal' could be pronounced, the community notes on X revealed the facts. Michelle Obama was talking to actor Marlon Wayans, and her following is the entire question:

In yet another brutal consequence of the previous administration’s lax border policies, three Virginia correctional officers were reportedly stabbed by MS-13 gang members who are in the U.S. illegally. The attack, which took place inside a state correctional facility, underscores the growing threat posed by violent foreign nationals who slip through the cracks of a broken immigration system.
On Friday, six inmates—five of them confirmed members of the violent MS-13 gang—launched a premeditated attack on three correctional officers at Wallens Ridge State Prison in Big Stone Gap, Virginia. Spring is in full throttle, with summer just around the corner. Around this time, events around me inevitably trigger the same two recurring questions, like clockwork, year after year after year. And the questions are these:
Why do these teenage girls' parents let them leave the house dressed like NFL cheerleaders?
Am I going to have to spend another summer weaving my car around rude bicyclists who think they own the road?
It is this second question I'm currently pondering, as I witnessed earlier in the day some poor sap driving a car, stuck behind a gaggle of inconsiderate male bicyclists (the rude ones are always men),

You’ve no doubt heard the media narrative about President Trump’s poll numbers according to most pollsters—you know, the ones who got the 2024 election so wrong,
Make no mistake about it — the legacy media is at it again with their dishonest polling tactics against President Trump. But this time, their deceptive game has been called out by none other than former House Speaker Newt Gingrich.
Appearing on Hannity Thursday night, Gingrich exposed how the media's recent polling showing Trump's approval dropping is nothing but smoke and mirrors. The reality? These polls are deliberately skewed to paint a false narrative about Trump's standing with the American people.
Let's look at the facts.

Let’s get the big news out of the way: The economy shrank by 0.3% during the first quarter of 2025, a mild but not wholly unexpected drop blamed by nearly everyone on President Donald Trump’s tariff hikes. Is that the first step toward a recession, or, as Trump put it, just a result of the “Biden overhang”?
First, let’s just note one big thing: The media can’t help but show its glaring bias against Trump even when it reports boring data, such as the barely negative GDP number. In case you didn’t get that quote, it was a play on the clueless remark (“Crisis? What Crisis”)

President Donald Trump on Friday released his budget proposals — slashing domestic spending to help lower the deficit while also allowing vital new investments in defense.
The so-called “skinny” spending blueprint will guide the House and Senate in producing the “big, beautiful bill” settling tax policy as well as the contours of the federal budget for the next year.
Calling the proposal “a bold blueprint that reflects the values of hardworking Americans and the commitment to American strength and prosperity,” House Speaker Mike Johnson praised Trump’s plan as ensuring that “every federal taxpayer dollar spent is used to serve the American people, not a bloated bureaucracy.”

It’s the part of the Trump revolution you’re not hearing about, because it strikes fear into the nation’s socialist media, to the point that they are now churning out apocalyptic tales of woe loosely based on what’s happening to their industry.
A few days ago, a piece pointed out that President Trump had upended the leftist ratchet. This is the tendency for the left to go hog wild when they grab power and push their socialist national agenda to the hilt. And then when things flip to the pro-freedom side, we can only bring the ball back to a certain degree.

President Trump’s landslide victory last November was made possible in no small part by his vision of a new economic Golden Age. For far too long, Americans have been getting ripped off — and Trump is just the man to make it stop.
But he will need the entire federal government to bring about this result. Every agency must do its part to repair the damage from four years of the Biden-Harris administration — as well as decades of swamp politicians who got rich while many Americans were left behind.

Despite the media hysteria, President Donald Trump's counterrevolution remains on course.
Its ultimate fate will probably rest with the state of the economy by the November 2026 midterm elections. But its success also hinges on accomplishing what is right and long overdue -- and then making such reforms quietly, compassionately, and methodically.
No country can long endure without sovereignty and security -- or with 10 to 12 million illegal immigrants crossing the border and half a million criminal foreign nationals roaming freely.
The prior administration found that it was easy to destroy the border and welcome the influx.

President Donald Trump did something extremely rare in Washington on Friday. He offered a budget plan that proposes actual, honest-to-goodness cuts in spending next year. Which helps explain the hysterical reaction from the usual suspects.
Normally, White House budget proposals claim to be cutting spending when all they are doing is slowing the growth in spending. Or they promise spending cuts far down the road while boosting outlays in the short term.
But the budget outline Trump released Friday does none of that. In sticking with Trump’s “revolution of common sense,” when it says it cuts spending, it cuts spending – meaning spending less next year than this year.

A panel of black voters spoke with CNN political analyst Van Jones and thoroughly eviscerated any theories about there being some regret when it comes to Trump supporters.
The three individuals, each defined as not supporting the President before ultimately voting for him, had little hesitation when Jones asked if they were currently having second thoughts.
Their comments show the media's coverage of 'buyer's regret' has been little more than wishcasting on their part.
Jones presented each individual with a simple 'yes or no' question: Would you vote for Trump all over again?
