Senator Brad Hoylman-Sigal took to X to express his frustration with Trump holding a campaign event at Madison Square Garden, which happens to fall in his district.
“I’ve confirmed with @TheGarden that they signed an agreement with Trump to hold a rally on October 27 at 3 pm at MSG, which is in my Senate district,” he wrote. “Let’s be clear.

Tim Walz, remained silent Thursday on whether he still supports eliminating the Electoral College, after the Harris campaign insisted his position did not reflect that of the campaign's. Disneyland in California is hiking its ticket prices for its high-demand days on the tail of reports that Disney’s parks are seeing looming financial loss.
The Anaheim-based park will keep its entry-level ticket price of $104 a person, but tickets based on demand will rise between $7 and $12, which is up to a 6.5 percent increase, according to CNBC.

An alleged intruder was shot twice with a shotgun by an El Cerrito, California, resident Tuesday mid-morning and survived to receive treatment for his injuries.
Contra Costa News identified the alleged intruder as 56-year-old William Nidever. He was “airlifted to a trauma center for treatment of his injuries.”

One of the most damning media scandals in recent memory is currently playing out at CBS News, and I'm not even talking about "60 Minutes" chopping up Kamala Harris' answers to protect her. This specific issue surrounds a recent interview done with race grifter and alleged antisemite Ta-Nehisi Coates. Like several others in his "field," Coates has made a lucrative living in academia and elsewhere peddling racial grievance and viciously attacking white people. An Afghan national accused of plotting an ISIS-inspired Election Day terror attack in the US worked for the CIA in Afghanistan, according to a new report.
Nasir Ahmad Tawhedi, 27, who was nabbed in Oklahoma on Monday over the alleged terror plot, was employed as a security guard for the agency but was not a CIA informant, NBC News reported, citing multiple sources.
