A transcript of President Joe Biden's interview with the special counsel who investigated his handling of classified information contradicts the president's characterization of an exchange about the death of his son, Beau Biden, from brain cancer. (Snip) But according to an ABC News review of the transcript, it was Biden, not Hur, who first invoked his son's death -- and the president indeed struggled to recall the exact year it occurred. During a line of questioning about Biden's activities after leaving the vice presidency in 2017, a period in which he was writing a book about the loss of his son

Comments:

A juiced-up State of the Union may not save Joe-Pop. The pesky transcript will show his memory is shot and his Indignant act has gotten old.

Can’t wait to hear how that liar Goldman twists this and turns it inside out and upside down. Biden is a known pathological liar. I don’t believe anything that comes out of that man’s mouth. And if it’s bad for the American citizen, Biden supports it 100%. Worst president ever. And a nasty human.

A Massachusetts city has sued its only hotel for shutting to the public and overloading its rooms with 450 migrants in a $10 million-a-year taxpayer-funded deal with the state. The Republican-led city of Taunton seeks $115,000 from the 155-room Clarion Hotel for housing more migrant families than it can safely hold. The hotel last year reportedly struck a nine-year deal with the Democrat-run state to become an emergency shelter for migrants, who are pouring across the southern border. Taunton residents say this is bad for the city of 60,000 people, which loses out on business because the closest operating hotel

LONDON — Unilever, the company that makes Ben & Jerry’s ice cream, Dove soaps and Vaseline, said Tuesday that it is cutting 7,500 jobs and spinning off its ice cream business to reduce costs and boost profits. London-based Unilever said its ice cream business, which also includes Magnum bars, has “distinct characteristics” from its other brands and would benefit from separate ownership to increase growth. It said the split is expected to be completed by the end of next year. The British consumer goods company with 128,000 employees also said it is launching a “productivity program” that is expected to

SAN DIEGO — In his Super Tuesday victory speech, former President Donald Trump elevated false information that had gone viral on social media, claiming the Biden administration secretly flew hundreds of thousands of migrants into the United States. Many post sharing the claim referred to a report by the Center for Immigration Studies, a group that advocates for immigration restrictions. It said the administration refused to list individual airports where people arrived under a Biden “parole” program that allows Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans and Venezuelans to stay in the U.S. for two years. More than 100 Palestinians were killed and hundreds more injured in the Gaza Strip early Thursday, Hamas-affiliated health officials said — which Israel blamed on a massive stampede of people desperately clamoring for aid. About 104 people were killed while waiting for aid at the al-Nabusi roundabout to the west of Gaza City, Gaza Health Ministry spokesperson Ashraf al-Qidra said, accusing Israeli troops of opening fire. “There were so many dead and wounded that medics were overwhelmed and could not cope with the severity of their injuries,” he said.
