RINO Representative Mike Gallagher (WI) will exit the House as early as next month.
Gallagher, who is currently serving as the chairman of the Select Committee on the Chinese Communist Party, last month announced that he will not seek reelection.
Instead of serving out the rest of his term, Gallagher will retire early leaving the GOP with a one-vote majority!
But it’s worse than that. Gallagher announced he will leave in mid-April. If Gallagher would have left before April 9th he would have triggered a special election in his district. Because he is leaving after April 9th but still in April, there will be no special election so the seat will remain empty.

I don't think the strategy will work. Gaining a Dim majority in the House won't be enough to change the vote if the choice of president is thrown to the House. They would have to reverse the majority of representatives in a state to change the vote, because each state gets a single vote for president, according to the Constitution.

He's a traitor, pure and simple. Probably why he's been serving on the CCP committee, to pretend to be doing something for his real masters.

There are no coincidences. He had to let his colleagues know his intentions. No doubt someone would have told him if he left before April 9, there would be a special election. He made sure the seat remained empty. Only question I have; who's next? The Republicans are giving back control to the Democrats. Does that sound like a two-party system of government?

If the plan is to pass a bill that says that Trump is an insurrectionist and cannot be president, then we’re in a civil war.

I have to believe this is intentional, as he could easily change his plan by a week or two, but does not.

The treasonous anti-Trump schemes of Buck and Gallagher can be easily offset by some "unfortunate accidents" happening to Dem Representatives. The same kind of "unfortunate accidents" that befell Seth Rich and Jeffrey Epstein

Sure would be a shame if ole Mike were to have a fatal accident prior to April 9.

#10, please don’t say things like that. That’s something a liberal would say. There is going to be a lot shenanigans before it’s over. The uniparty is losing and they know it.

The plotting and scheming involves far more than one or two dishonest people. The entire democrat party is suspect because they know that if Trump gets in there they are finished for a long time to come. Desperation breeds desperate actions.

His resume looks like he is inching up the slope toward something a lot bigger than the GOP leavings; he wants the DNC high spot. He is a gentle looking thug.

FTA: "Instead of serving out the rest of his term, Gallagher will retire early leaving the GOP with a one-vote majority!"
Why the handwringing by Jim Hoft of GWP, and how does a one vote House majority square with governance by a Uniparty? For those who really believe the US is governed by a Uniparty, why spend so much time and ink griping about RINO strategies to steal another election from Trump? Why even toss around the RINO epithet if there are no such beings as conservative Republicans in Congress, perhaps with the exception of Matt Gaetz II and Marge T. Green? Is Trump risking his life and livelihood to run for president at the head of a Uniparty ticket?
