CBS News Returns Seized Confidential Files
of Reporter Catherine Herridge After Uproar

Original Article

We recently highlighted the story of the journalist Catherine Herridge, who was fired by CBS News, after which the network seized her confidential files. Herridge had been working on stories that might be negative for Joe Biden and the administration, so people were naturally suspicious and outraged. Now, after public scrutiny and pressure from members of Congress, the network has returned the files. [Snip] SAG-AFTRA is pleased to confirm that earlier today a representative of our union monitored the return of several boxes containing Catherine Herridge’s reporting materials from her CBS News office in Washington D.C. Herridge is currently reviewing the materials.

Comments:

The materials were picked up by a union representative Monday morning (February 26, 2024).

I agree, CBS made copies of all the files. This enables CBS to get ahead of stories published by Herridge. And CBS may have retained some files. If Herridge reports missing files, the network will deny they have possession.

So many beat me to it above. Of course they copied them.... MULTIPLE copies, and gave them to the CIA, FBI, DOJ, the 0'Biden White House and probably Chuck Schumer and Hakeem Jeffries too.... Because Herridge was one of the few actual journalists who would investigate government malfeasance.

Kate Middleton has surfaced for the first time since her hospitalization earlier this year that sidelined her for a good while--and she's maintaining a low profile--or trying to anyway. Kate was wearing shades, and appeared to be rocking somewhat of a smile here--there didn't appear to be any other relatives with them for this outing
