What Will Anti-Trump Hysteria Look Like

The hysteria about Donald Trump's return to office is really something to behold. From Trump critics believing that he wants to kill them to reporters warning that Trump will send them to jail if he's re-elected, the level of surreal expectation of disaster is something I've never seen or experienced in nearly 50 years of writing about politics. I don't have to tell PJ Media readers where I stand when it comes to Donald Trump. But opposition from many leftists to Trump's candidacy has morphed into an insane, fervent, almost religious crusade. There's no reasoning with these people. There's no rational argument that can convince them that the hysteria

Desperate times bring desperate measures from desperate people. And democrats are sick people, the mentally ill, dealing with TDS, Trump Derangement Syndrome. They will do anything to stay in power, anything. Remember that as we get closer to November.

I remember Brian Karam from when he was a reporter for the NBC affiliate in San Antonio. A real piece of work. I forget why he got fired, but he did get fired. And I don't think he's "moderated" a bit. If he's writing for Playboy, I wouldn't be buying it for the the articles.

I sincerely hope Trump has quietly read The Prince. Trump is right to get all the tought stuff done right away, since if he starts soft andraises the volume people will be terrified, but if he starts tough and then softens they will figure he is listening.

One way or another, November is going to be a mess. If Trump supporters think a second election was stolen, it will be J6 on steroids. If Biden loses, lawsuits designed to stop Trump from taking office will pour out of the blue states and DOJ. Riots on one or both sides are guaranteed.

Things ain’t looking that good. Nothing seems to be working in the so-called free world: rubbish in the streets, vandalism and violent crime, illegal immigration at record levels, no-go areas in towns and cities; is this why we pay taxes and call ourselves free? Mass shootings have become a way of life in America, illegal underage migrants are turning New York and Chicago into war zones, and Joe Biden is given a pass by an enabling and compliant media that has made the profession of journalism lower than that of the oldest profession. Even Donald Tusk is not playing fair. He’s trampling Polish democracy

People around the world are increasingly realizing that “green” energy is actually black–as in blackouts. Thus, in today’s Telegraph: “The UK is much closer to blackouts than anyone dares to admit.” "We are heading for a big electricity crunch as it is. Whoever wins the general election, the next government will be committed to decarbonising the National Grid – by 2035 in the case of the Conservatives and by 2030 in the case of Labour. That means either closing all the gas power stations or fitting them with carbon capture and storage technology – which does not yet exist on scale in Britain and whose costs are likely to be massive.

President Biden spoke at the Governors Ball Dinner in the State Dining Room at the White House on Saturday evening (video excerpt below). The White House has posted the transcript of his brief remarks here. After the introductory blather, Biden referred to the portrait of Abraham Lincoln behind him — you can see it here — as he attempted to follow his text. This is how the White House transcript of the fourth paragraph reads: "And, you know, standing here in front of this portrait of the man behind me here, he — he said — and I want to make sure I get the quote exactly right. The first proposal would enforce the RNC by-laws that forbid the national committee from taking sides in a primary. Truly smart people don’t have to tell anyone they’re smart, people just know. The same goes for funny people. The more someone insists they are something, the less likely they are to be that thing. Do you know how I know Democrats are the party of compassion and caring? By now they insist they are all the time. It’s the same way I know they’re uncaring opportunists who’d dance on your grave

America can mass deport illegal aliens,

The headlines are full of stories about illegal aliens: They’re raping children, murdering young women, crashing their cars into children, assaulting and murdering police officers…and the list goes on. However, we’re told that we’re stuck with them. Well, we’re not. In the 1950s, when there was political will—and a plea from Mexico to send its citizens home—we did mass deport illegal aliens. Like Pakistan deporting its illegal Afghan aliens, El Salvador jailing its gangs, or Argentina balancing its budget in nine weeks, it just requires political will. I made a lot of assertions about illegal aliens in my opening paragraph. Let me back them up with just a few examples.

The Enhanced Games are set to debut in 2025, and since its inception, they've been dubbed the "Olympics on Steroids" – and that's because performance-enhancing drugs will be 100% allowed. Dr. Aron D'Souza founded the event last year, and the immediate backlash has been strong. He has been told his idea is unsafe, unfair and a mockery of the real Olympics, but disagrees with those assessments. In fact, D'Souza calls his Enhanced Games "the future of sports" because his event epitomizes the safety and fairness of sports, not sports as we know them today. Steroids, obviously, have the stigma of not being safe. So, allowing steroids is simply unsafe, right? Wrong, says D'Souza.

Happy Friday, dear Kruiser Morning Briefing friends. (Snip) It should come as no surprise to regular readers here that I think Republican candidates in 2024 should lead with Joe Biden's border nightmare when attacking Democrats. It's both a humanitarian and national security crisis and this country can't survive another four years of open borders madness. While that is the most pressing issue, there's plenty more to throw at the Dems after a few years of the Team Biden wrecking ball. One issue that predates this clown care of an administration is the hot mess that is public education in the United States of America. It's an evergreen issue,

Mary Poppins has had its age rating lifted from U to PG because it contains 'discriminatory language' - but the word in question is so obscure you may have never noticed it. The British Board of Film Classification (BBFC) now considers the 1964 tale of Julie Andrews' magical nanny to be not suitable for children to watch alone, despite the film enchanting generations of youngsters. The reclassification is due to the use of the word Hottentots. The dated term was historically used by Europeans to refer to the Khoekhoe, a group of nomadic herders in South Africa, but is now regarded as racially offensive.
