An official with the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) has been arrested on an outstanding warrant, according to local reports.
TSA Assistant Federal Security Director Maxine McManaman was arrested in Atlanta by U.S. Customs and Border Protection on Dec. 28.
McManaman had a warrant for her arrest posted by the St. Lucie County (Florida) Sheriff’s Office, which claimed she and an alleged accomplice named Delroy Chambers Sr. exploited a relative suffering from dementia by falsifying documents in their name, according to Port St. Lucie Police. The Florida authorities allege that the duo forged signatures on a quitclaim deed transferring ownership of a property in the relative's name over to themselves.

A man in Philadelphia died when he was pushed onto subway tracks and into the path of an oncoming train during a fight with another man Thursday night.
The death occurred blocks away from the University of Pennsylvania at the 34th Street SEPTA station in University City around 4:30 p.m., officials told NBC 10.
Disturbing footage captures the moment the two men argue just steps from the platform’s edge as the train is heard approaching the station.
A man wearing a dark coat and black hat lands two punches on the victim, causing the latter to tumble over onto the tracks.

An armed attacker opened fire inside a rural Iowa high school on the first day back from winter break Thursday morning, shooting “multiple” people before reportedly turning the gun on themself.
The principal of Perry High School, 40 miles northwest of Des Moines, was reportedly among what police said were “multiple gunshot victims” as the mass shooting unfolded at 7:47 a.m.
The rampage came before the opening bell when “very few students and faculty” were in the building “which contributed to a good outcome in that sense,” Dallas County Sheriff Adam Infante said at a press conference later in the morning.

We are about to embark on what might be one of the wildest years in the history of American politics, and it may end up merely a prelude.
If 2024 is set to be tumultuous and unpredictable, just wait until 2025 if Donald Trump wins the presidency again this year.
His adversaries don’t have a history of accepting his victories with equanimity.
Trump’s unexpected victory in 2016 launched conspiracy theories about how Russia had helped him win; catalyzed a years-long law enforcement investigation into him and his campaign based on those theories; and set off protests in the streets.
All that was mild, given what may yet be in the offing.

In the latest example of corporate stupidity, three sporting goods employees were fired for chasing a man who stole a pistol. Apparently, trying to stop someone from stealing a deadly weapon is against company policy.

This is yet another story in which a major company punishes employees for trying to protect it from entitled thugs who think they have the right to take what they want.
Michelle Sutton, along with two other unidentified workers at the Academy Sports + Outdoors in Metairie, Louisiana, said that the shoplifting incident happened Dec. 16.

Maine Secretary of State Shenna Bellows unilaterally ruled that former President Donald Trump is unqualified to appear on the 2024 primary ballot despite lacking a law degree and substituting YouTube videos for due process.
Bellows, who previously worked as Executive Director of the Maine Chapter of the ACLU but is not an attorney and did not attend law school, made the legal conclusion in her ruling that “the declaration on [Trump’s] candidate consent form is false because he is not qualified to hold the office of the President under Section Three of the Fourteenth Amendment.”

Firefighters in Alabama reportedly gushed out more than 36,000 gallons of water trying to extinguish a flaming Tesla Christmas night.
The Pine Level Fire Department in Autauga County, Alabama, was dispatched to a traffic crash at 11:14 p.m. on Dec. 25, according to a post on Facebook. When the first engine arrived on scene, firefighters found a Tesla Model Y on fire. Law enforcement shut down Interstate 65 while firefighters battled the blaze.
“It was determined the driver of the vehicle was uninjured and had escaped the vehicle before the fire department arrived,” the department stated.

Delta Air Lines employee followed through on his threat by calling police on transgender influencer and actress Tommy Dorfman. This comes after a tense confrontation that resulted from Dorfman’s allegations of being ‘misgendered’ by airline staff.
A video going viral Tuesday shows a hard-working Delta employee named “Tristan,” putting a transgender actor in his place just three days before Christmas.
Tommy Dorfman, a biological male who identifies as female and uses she/her pronouns, posted a TikTok video showing himself at LaGuardia Airport on December 22. He was waiting to board a flight to his hometown of Atlanta, presumably to celebrate the holidays with his family.

I have to think that whoever is behind the anti-Israel actions must be trying to pick the worst possible places to target on purpose, because they keep doing things that are guaranteed to tick off people and drive away people from their "cause."
They've crashed the Christmas tree lighting, saying they want to "cancel Christmas." They've terrorized little kids in line to see Santa Claus. They've attacked the NYPD and desecrated a nativity scene. They've blocked highways, keeping little kids on two school buses blocked for more than an hour. They've blocked airports and attacked police,

I'd like to say I'm surprised, but I'm not surprised at all, and you won't be either. The transgender individual who tried to accuse a Delta Airlines employee of "misgendering" him in a now-viral video has been identified as trans activist and "influencer" Tommy Dorfman. The absurdity doesn't stop there either.
As RedState reported, the previously unidentified man confronted a Delta Airlines gate agent, claiming he had been purposely "misgendered" multiple times. After a brief back and forth between the two, the gate agent threatened to have him escorted out of the building with a "make my day" style threat about it being three days before Christmas. Dorfman quickly backed down,

A lawsuit launched by Dutch truckers may derail far-left London Mayor Sadiq Khan’s green tax on drivers, arguing that thousands of fines levied on drivers to supposedly save the environment were unlawful.
In the first major challenge against Sadiq Khan’s green agenda, Transport in Nood BV, a firm that represents dozens of Dutch trucking companies, has applied for judicial review against Transport for London (TFL) at Britain’s High Court. /snip/ They will also argue that the Khan administration has illegally imposed climate tax fines on them in euros rather than British pounds, which UK law mandates.
