rule of law at risk

President Biden will portray his re-election campaign as a crusade to save American democracy. But Biden has ravaged Americans’ rights and liberties ever since he took his oath of office almost three years ago. Biden presumes he is entitled to force Americans to pay any price to buy votes for his re-election. Promising to wipe out student debt helped Biden win the 2020 presidential election.

Quite an understatement, ya think?

The left and Deep State have a rule of law. It's their way or no way. Joey Baby is a full subscriber to that rule of law.

Joe Biden and the left CARE NOTHING about the rule of law, considering it ONLY when it aids their political agenda.

if the demcommies take back the House and keep the Senate the carnage will be beyond belief and quite possibly - we will have a Pre-Revolutionary period like we haven't seen since 1776 - even if our President is re-re-elected

"At risk"???? The rule of law is out the window. The myriad laws about illegal aliens and border crossing, dozens and dozens are broken by government officials many times ever single day with impunity. Laws mean NOTHING, and are only applied to anyone who tries to follow the Constitution and disagrees with the thug-ocracy that is running this country. The FBI acts like the KGB, and the CIA like the Stasi, and both break laws with impunity to intimidate and spy on any Americans who disagree with the criminals in charge.

FTA: 'Sen. Jim Risch (R-Idaho) growled this year: “If an Idahoan gets a speeding ticket, they can’t use the ticket to board a plane, so why does the president seem to think an illegal immigrant’s arrest warrant is a valid form of identification to board a plane?” ' To be fair, a speeding ticket doesn't qualify as an arrest; unless accompanied by other more serious charges. And even then. Still, an arrest warrant OUGHT TO be accompanied by actual restraint, and if necessary, incarceration.

What rule of law? We have an illegal potato in the WH and everybody and their mama knows it, but we lie to ourselves daily. I keep hearing people on TV and the internet who know better say biden defeated PDT. They know biden did NOT defeat Trump; he had the election stolen from him, and it drives me nuts that we function as if it didn't happen.

Few will be shocked to find out that some of the same radical Squad members (and their allies) who have alleged, without evidence, some of the vilest and incendiary things about Israel in the aftermath of the Hamas terrorist attacks against Israeli civilians are now running to House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-N.Y.), begging him to call off powerful critics ahead of the Democratic primaries.

There are an estimated 14 American hostages being held in Gaza. (This number may rise or fall as Hamas continues to release videos of the hostages and Israel continues identifying bodies, some of which have been charred beyond recognition, by using DNA samples from family members.) As of this time, there are 20 Americans missing and bodies are being tested.

A California city council member was arrested for allegedly committing election fraud. Lodi City Council member Shakir Khan, a Democrat, was arrested on Thursday for multiple election fraud charges, including allegedly stashing 41 mail-in ballots at his home, falsifying voter registration documents, and pressuring residents to vote for him. Investigators claim, based partially on body cam footage of police interviews, that Khan registered 23 people to vote at his home address and used his phone number to register 47 people to vote.

Beginning January 1, 2024, illegal aliens residing in California will become eligible for taxpayer-funded health insurance — the first state in the nation to enact such a policy. In June of this year, Newsom touted the budget agreement that will make California the first state in the United States to offer health insurance, subsidized by taxpayers, to the state’s estimated 4.4 million illegal aliens so long as they are low-income.Starting in the new year, illegal aliens in California will qualify for Medi-Cal, which is California’s state-funded version of the federal government’s Medicaid program. Since 2015, only illegal alien children qualified for Medi-Cal thanks to then-Gov. Jerry Brown (D).

Tensions are increasing between President Joe Biden and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. According to a new report at Axios, a frustrated Biden hung up on Netanyahu after a dispute about how to handle tax revenues the Israeli government collects for the Palestinian Authority. I wrote earlier this week about a report that Biden allegedly talked Netanyahu out of a "preemptive strike" on Hezbollah that Israel was reportedly planning in the wake of the Oct. 7 attack on Israel by Hamas. That report comes at a time when Biden needs to be seen as more of a competent leader, and Netanyahu shot it down. Now we learn

The Methodist Church of Great Britain has called on its ministers, deacons, and elders to stop using offensive terminology such as “husband” and “wife” to avoid making assumptions that are not “the reality for many people.” The church added the changes to its “Inclusive Language Guide,” an initiative aimed at preventing the use of “hurtful language” directed at groups the Methodist Church believes have been “marginalised and/or demonised by common culture.” The church plans to update the Inclusive Language Guide every six months to avoid using language that could offend groups it perceives as marginalized.

The arrival of more than 160,000 border crossers and illegal aliens is spurring “the erosion of the quality of life” for New Yorkers, Mayor Eric Adams (D) says. During a press conference alongside Chicago, Illinois, Mayor Brandon Johnson (D) and Denver, Colorado, Mayor Mike Johnston (D), Adams warned again that New York City is falling into disarray as a result of illegal immigration. Every day, President Joe Biden’s administration releases about 5,000 border crossers and illegal aliens into the United States interior — many ending up in New York City, where they can work off the books, receive protection from the city’s sanctuary policy, and enjoy free housing

I have to think that whoever is behind the anti-Israel actions must be trying to pick the worst possible places to target on purpose, because they keep doing things that are guaranteed to tick off people and drive away people from their "cause." They've crashed the Christmas tree lighting, saying they want to "cancel Christmas." They've terrorized little kids in line to see Santa Claus. They've attacked the NYPD and desecrated a nativity scene. They've blocked highways, keeping little kids on two school buses blocked for more than an hour. CBC, Canada's national public broadcaster, recently reported that the Canadian government will release final regulations mandating that all new passenger cars sold in Canada by 2035 must be zero-emission vehicles. (Snip) The regulations are meant to ensure that automakers produce enough affordable electric vehicles to meet the demand?! What a crock! That is beyond preposterous! The demand for electric vehicles is lagging far behind what “experts” predicted-- and what our elite leaders wish to see. In a free market, automakers would always produce enough vehicles to meet demand, to maximize revenue. The EVAS is a tool of a command economy, designed to force consumers and automakers alike to bend

Maine's secretary of state has said she would welcome the Supreme Court reviewing her decision to disqualify Donald Trump from the primary ballot, admitting the move was unprecedented. Sheena Bellows on Thursday ruled that Trump could not be on their ballot, in a move which mirrored the December 19 decision made by Colorado's Supreme Court. Both Colorado and Maine found that Trump had participated in an insurrection, and so was ineligible to hold office, under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment of the Constitution.

Republican Gov. GOP lawmakers hold enough seats to override DeWine’s veto, but if or when they would do so was not immediately clear. Both within and between chambers, Republican legislators have not been in lockstep this year. In a news conference Friday, DeWine said he had listened to people on both sides of the legislation who “truly believe their position best protects children.”

For Republicans, it could be a very happy new year indeed. The 2024 elections hold the potential for a trifecta: winning unified control of the federal government, including all its elected branches, for the first time in eight years. “Could” is the operative word, however. Republicans have an opportunity, but they must capitalize on it to bring their electoral dreams to fruition. The fact that it takes more than good poll numbers and flawed opponents to win in a polarized political climate can itself be summed up in one of the most futile phrases of the past few years: the “red wave.” Just two years ago, Republicans looked to have a chance
