A New York Appeals Court on Thursday reinstated a gag order against President Trump in Letitia James’s Soviet-style civil fraud case. Earlier this month a New York Appeals judge temporarily lifted NY Judge Arthur Engoron’s gag order on Trump. New York Attorney General Letitia James is seeking $250 million in ‘damages’ in her lawfare case against President Trump. Appellate judge David Friedman stayed Engoron’s gag order citing Trump’s First Amendment rights a couple of weeks ago. In late October Judge Engoron put Trump on the witness stand after he blasted the former president and accused him of violating the gag order with his remarks to the press. He also fined Trump $10,000.

Not quite the same as the old Dark Age. The old Dark Age happened when the corporate governmental structure of Rome collapsed, allowing hordes of tribal heathens to overrun what had been the empire’s domain. The justices did not comment on their decision to leave in place state court rulings affirming Chauvin’s conviction and 22 1/2-year sentence, San Diego Union-Tribune reported.
In October, attorneys representing Chauvin appealed to the Supreme Court to review his case. This appeal was based on the refusal of a Minnesota trial court to change the venue of the trial and sequester the jury.

I wanted a harsher lockdown policy. In retrospect, I was wrong. The damage to children by keeping them out of school longer was greater than the risks.
