Why is Steven Spielberg Silent About the
Hamas Pogrom in Israel?

Original Article

As the Academy Award-winning director of Schindler’s List and founder of the USC Shoah Foundation, which records the testimonials of Holocaust survivors, the Jewish Steven Spielberg has been surprisingly silent about the barbaric October 7 Hamas pogrom in Israel. Silent about the 1,200-1,400 Jews who were raped, mutilated, and murdered. Silent about the thousands of Jews who were injured. Silent about the hundreds of Jews taken hostage. Not. One. Word. Many have asked Spielberg to say something…anything…but have been met with (yes) silence. David Schaecter, a 94-year-old Holocaust survivor and the president of Holocaust Survivors’ Foundation USA, wrote an open letter to Steven Spielberg.

The Jewish Hollywood bigwigs are all in until it counts. I liked the survivor's statement that we don't need another movie in 3 years about the events of October 7th... That's probably what you're going to get from him anyway

Why would I need to hear from Spielberg, who is just a movie guy? I am able to read, see, or hear news and understand it without some "name" doing it for me. That's why we let stenographers report the news events in their Brooks Bros. suits.

Spielberg's talent lies in making movies, which doesn't require a great deal of intelligence, just artistic ability. He may be smart enough to realize that every time a hollywood personality opens his/her/its mouth, half of the potential audience is alienated, or in Jane Fonda's case, 95%. However, being a big supporter of Joe Biden at this point in time is just as risky.

President Obama’s Chief of Staff, Rahm Emanuel, once said, “Never let a crisis go to waste.” The Biden administration is following this dictum by nominally supporting Israel’s goal of destroying Hamas in order to advance the Two-State Solution. It matters not at all that neither the Palestinians nor the Israelis wanted such a solution. In a piece titled: There Are No Innocent Civilians in Gaza, Daniel Greenberg wrote: Only 17% support a two-state solution while 77.7% want to destroy Israel and replace it with a ‘Palestinian’ state. The Israel Democracy Institute reported on Dec. 5, 2023, that on the question “Should Israel agree

For most of Western history, art was used as a way for patrons to showcase achievements, propagandize citizens, or lionize individuals. Maybe the single greatest artist in human history, Michelangelo, created his greatest works for patrons of various sorts. He created David for the Florentine Guild of Wool, the Pieta for the French ambassador to the Holy See, and the Sistine Chapel and St Peter’s Basilica for popes. Art was, in one way or another, an homage to something greater than its creator. Fast-forward about three centuries, and the art world begun to change.

I was recently asked if there was a defining moment that dramatically accelerated and perhaps made permanent the chaos this nation is presently facing. My answer: the two weeks between March 16 and March 30, 2020. On March 16th, Donald Trump declared a National Emergency for COVID-19 and effectively shut down the nation for “15 days to slow the spread”. At a press conference announcing the temporary shutdown he said: said: “ With several weeks of focused action, we can turn the corner, and turn it quickly.” Regardless of the severity, never throughout the annals of mankind has a nation been shut down to combat a pandemic.

President Liz Magill faces a massive backlash for her appalling testimony before the House Committee on Education and the Workforce last week. Magill, along with Harvard President Claudine Gay and MIT head Sally Kornbluth, all refused to condemn or say that calls for genocide against Jewish people constituted harassment. This isn’t an academic subject: people calling for an entire race or ethnic group to be annihilated isn’t a tough call.

Last night, I watched a documentary about the Gestapo. It occurred to me that it used the same tactics as the bumbling joke that currently occupies the Bully Pulpit and his minions. I did some research to substantiate my thoughts. The Geheime Staatspolizei, abbreviated Gestapo, was the official secret police of Nazi Germany. It was created by Hermann Göring in 1933 by combining various political police agencies of Prussia into one organization. On April 20, 1934, oversight passed to Heinrich Himmler, the head of the Schutzstaffel (the SS, originally Hitler’s personal body guard), who was also appointed chief of German police by Hitler in 1936.

Is the right about to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory regarding Bud Light? That's the story after several prominent right-wing figures publicly came out in support of the embattled beer brand recently. For those unacquainted with the controversy, Bud Light got itself into hot water by joining forces with transgender activist (and all-around mentally deranged person) Dylan Mulvaney. That resulted in a commemorative can being sent to Mulvaney, who then used it to do product placement in a couple of videos posted on social media. The backlash was swift, and for the first time in history, conservatives were to put some teeth behind the phrase "go woke, go broke."

Before we get to this direct rejection of the Biden/Blinken ‘credit’ argument, let’s go over the background that led to it. Under pressure from progressive anti-Semites in his party, Joe Biden growled yesterday about Israel’s supposedly “indiscriminate” bombing campaign in Gaza. His comments at a campaign event yesterday sent shock waves through the US media: “Israel’s security can rest on the United States,” Biden stated during a campaign event Tuesday, as he touted his government’s strong support of Israel. … “But they’re starting to lose that support by the indiscriminate bombing that takes place” in Gaza, Biden said, in a statement that implied Israel was needlessly targeting civilians.
