Bidenomics: Big Mac Extra Value Meals
Selling for $18, Up $10 from 2018

A Big Mac burger, a medium beverage, and a medium fry meal now costs 18 dollars in some locations, up $10 from 2018 when former President Donald Trump was president. The skyrocketing costs could impact the 2024 election, as the soaring inflation under President Joe Biden reflects poorly on his economic plan of so-called “Bidenomics.” The Big Mac Value Meal’s price increase is just one example of continued inflation, the New York Post’s editorial board reported: Those [“President Biden’s terrible economic policies”] have driven prices overall about 15% higher since Biden came in; on essentials like food and energy, they’re up closer to 25%. Equivalently, think of it as having slashed

I see a big shake out coming in the fast food market. These prices are unsustainable. Families can no longer afford these kinds of prices, regardless of the speed and convenience. There are going to be gigantic drops in revenue and jobs in this sector

I seem to recall a push for $15 an hour minimum wage for all fast food workers and people predicting $18 Big Mac Combo meals and Democrat run jurisdictions doing it anyway. Now most fast food places start you out at even more than that. The next thing will be robots cooking the burgers and fries and taking the orders with only one employee to fill up the machines. That was also predicted.

I went to a McD for a sausage muffin the other day-- not long ago it was on the "dollar menu" and now it was $2.49-- for the SAME entree-- the french fries are double the price of a few years ago. No more for me!

You can eat at Cracker Barrel or Bob Evans for less and it's more like a real dinner meal. High School, cheeseburger, fries, milkshake - $1. These places would be a quick stop with the kids at a reasonable rate. This is no longer reasonable or affordable. FJB bidenomics sales pitch is exactly what he is implying. It's BS.

We dont eat out much anymore. The food seems to have gone downhill due to rapid turnover of staff, the prices have gone through the roof, and on top of it we are expected to pay an additional 20% because they wont pay their waitresses much. At my favorite fast food chicken place it is over $1.50 per piece for a chicken only order, and half the pieces are legs and wings. I dont go to McDonalds at all. Dont like the food or the clientele.

I use MacDonalds as a canary in the mineshaft. They usually work hard to keep prices down. When Trump was president McD's cokes all cost a dollar. Now a medium is 1.48 and a large is 1.78. as of yesterday That means that real world inflation is running between 48% and 78. I'm on SS and am working a full time job and I'm seeing a 5% cola. Pure unadulterated BS by the Biden admin and pitiful excuse of raises. Got a roughly 50 dollar increase and a10 dollar increase in my medicare insurance premium, not to mention the taxes they increase because of the whopping big raise.

Three people were killed and six were wounded, two of them seriously, in a terror shooting attack, later claimed by Hamas, at the entrance to Jerusalem on Thursday morning, police and medics said. The victims were named later as Livia Dickman, 24, Ashdod rabbinical judge Elimelech Wasserman, 73, and Hannah Ifergan, who was in her 60s. According to police, at around 7:40 a.m. two Palestinian gunmen got out of a vehicle on Weizman Boulevard at the main entrance to the capital and opened fire at people at a bus stop. Police said two off-duty soldiers and an armed civilian in the area returned fire, killing the two terrorists.

The U.S. Department of Education’s Office of Civil Rights opened an investigation into Harvard University on Tuesday to determine whether the university has fulfilled its legal obligation to respond to the increase in antisemitic incidents reported in the wake of the October 7 Hamas attack. JERUSALEM — Israel and Hamas on Thursday agreed to extend a temporary truce by another day minutes before it was set to expire, said Qatar, which has been mediating between the two sides. Negotiations on extending it came down to the wire, with last-minute disagreements over the hostages to be freed by Hamas in exchange for another day of a halt in fighting. Word of the extension came just as the truce was to expire at 7 a.m. (0500 GMT) Thursday. The Qatari Foreign Ministry said the truce was being extended under the same terms as in the past, under which Hamas has released 10 Israeli hostages per day in exchange

Republicans pushing for Joe Biden's impeachment publicized an email from a bank investigator who was alarmed by 'unusual' and 'erratic' activity in Hunter Biden's financial transactions with a Chinese company. The money from the flagged transactions then trickled down to Joe Biden in the form of a $40,000 'loan repayment' check from James and Sara Biden in 2017, say Republicans. According to bank records obtained by Republicans, a money trail started with a $5 million payment from Chinese oil giant CEFC, a Hunter venture, through several Biden-connected entities and resulted in the $40,000 deposit into Joe's account. The Bank Secrecy Act manager wrote in a bombshell June 2018 email released Wednesday
