Special Counsel Jack Smith, in a search warrant sent to X, formerly Twitter, requested a vast swathe of information about the account of former President Donald J. Trump, as well as information on the millions of accounts that interacted with it — even those that liked a tweet by Trump in the timeframe of October 2020 to January 2021. The heavily redacted search warrant requests a list of all users who liked or retweeted posts from Trump between October 2020 and January 2021, including “all associated logs and metadata,” which could cover location data. This extraordinarily expansive request would result in data on millions of American

Please make me rich Mr. Smith. I have (proudly!) interacted with President Trump via X and his TruthSocial. My wife did legal work for President Trump in the mid-to-late 1980s over a period of 13 years for a variety of real estate deals. If the DOJ or FBI come after us and we can prove it was because of you we'll sue you and become rich as a result.

This is just harassment on Smith's part and election interference. He really hasn't got a case and has no need for these tweets. When you get involved in a law suit, the plaintiff sues everybody in sight and demands all kinds of documents. He's run out of things to pin on Trump. Like I said, he has no case, and I'll add, he knows it. All Trump has to do is run out the clock with his own delaying tactics.

According to former President Ronald Reagan’s Attorney General Ed Meese, special counsel Jack Smith is a “naked emperor” whose requests should be rejected by the Supreme Court because he was unconstitutionally appointed to begin with. Meese joined forces with law professors Steven G. Calabresi and Gary S. Court documents and evidence presented at trial revealed that Robertson conspired to submit fraudulent PPP loan applications for four businesses she owned.
