A museum is to relabel its display about a Roman emperor after concluding that he was in fact a trans woman. North Hertfordshire Museum will now refer to emperor Elagabalus with the female pronouns of she and her. It comes after classical texts claim the emperor once said "call me not Lord, for I am a Lady". A museum spokesperson said it was "only polite and respectful to be sensitive to identifying pronouns for people in the past". The museum has one coin of Elagabalus, which is often displayed amongst other LGBTQ+items in its collection. It said it consulted LGBTQ+

Elagabalus is considered by historians as one of the very worst Roman emperors, quite an accomplishment. Consequently identifying him as a trans woman is a slur on trans women so that's fine.

These people have way too much time on their hands. One quote (that I assume really can't be verified) by a person who has been dead for approximately 1800 hundred years (and from what I gather sucked at being emperor) doesn't make you a tranny. These people need to get their heads out of other peoples' genitals and stop trying to rewrite history in their distorted image. If you have to try this hard to make trannies appear "normal" maybe you need to rethink your hypothesis.
