The Gateway Pundit’s Richard Abelson reported earlier Israel has reached a deal with Hamas for a temporary cease-fire in return for the release of some of the hostages, Arutz Sheva reports. The deal is expected to go into effect Thursday, with 12 Israelis being freed every day. All the children and 13 moms are said to be involved in the deal. The right-wing parties oppose the deal, but Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will go ahead and pass it with the votes of the left-wing parties.

I smell Joey Baby's interference. JB supports Hamas against Israel. There will be no peace in Israel until Hamas is eradicated and Gaza is incorporated into Israel. There will be no more Gaza. Just Israel on the Med Sea. Despite what the JB administration desires with their 2 State solution.

Seems like a mistake to me, Hamas will only use the time to reinforce their people and weapons to ready for another attack. And yeah I think Biden is putting on the pressure, Netanyahu better look at his track record on just about everything in our country being the wrong path, and many people say his foreign policy has ALWAYS been wrong, Bebe do NOT listen to this fool, do what you think is the right thing for your people and your country, Biden can go to hell.

Devious Hamas is playing games to extend their time to resupply and dig in deeper. They will release 2 hostages per day to buy 100 days. Stupid Blinken, Obama and Biden came up with this one. Americans will be released last.

Unlike the US leadership, Israeli government has the ultimate and long term benefit and well being of Israel and it's people at heart. They also have all the intelligence at hand. Which we, speculating on line don't. I hope they are guided by God's hand!

I'm hopeful that Israel will use this as an opportunity to draw the cockroaches out of the darkness so they can be exterminated as soon as the cease fire ends.

This is what happens when you rely on another Country for your existence. Our government buys Countries just like they buy the Blacks, gays, big business, media, et all in our own Country. Money is no problem when you simply print it at will to buy whatever or whomever you want.

Guess Israel doesn't plan to eradicate Hamas after all. Will they push them out of Gaza? Day 3 of ceasefire and 1000 missiles come flying over Israel's northern and southern borders and death cult infiltrators kidnap more Israelis. Nothing changes.

Israel needs proof of life of the other hostages.
Things should never go back to where they were between the two.

A better deal: Release all the hostages or we'll kill every member of Hamas we find. Then kill them anyway, because it's OK to lie to your enemy, per the koran!

Bibi has a plan here...I know it...he will never stop till the Hamas terrorist have been eliminated...so this is just a short pause...let Obama/biden have a small victory and then IDF can finish the job...notice no American hostages will be released...wonder why?... it's part of the plan by Iran to get some breathing time for Hamas...who is in a big down turn with IDF advancing so quickly....let's assume that IDF has a second plan....they are very clever....and giving the left a few moments to celebrate is a small price to pay....

Bad move to let your enemy have a breather to move in more fighters, more ammo, get into better positions, evac their wounded.
This just strengthens Hamas.

I feel horrible for even thinking this but the only way Israel can win is to sacrifice the hostages and continue to wipe out Gaza and I mean everyone.

Won't some of the prisoners be wracked with survivors guilt? Won't the families of those left behind be angry? Won't the prisoners left behind be tormented by the feeling of abandonment? Won't this be used as a recipe to beat the israeliis? If one is willing to take the abuse one can come out victorious.

Those criticizing Israel's move for a short term cease fire in exchange for hostages, should not assume the pause will benefit Hamas. One must consider that the IDF was running low on terrorists to kill, so wringing hands over allowing Hamas to move more fighters into the kill zone may be a bit premature. It reminds me of a funny zombie movie, Return of the Living Dead, several decades back where a zombie with the ability to speak, picks up the microphone inside a police cruiser, and tells the dispatcher to, "send more cops."

I sure hope they are watching--surveilling--trailing the people who deliver the hostages, to find where they are coming from and who they are. For later reference and attention of course.

Anyone with a mind as well as a heart needs to read (or see the movie) "Unbroken." The true story of Louis Zamperini's prison-of-war torture under the Japanese. Multiple Mr. Zamperini's ordeal by thousands of our military who endured the Bataan Death March, the savagery of SS controlled POW camps in Europe. Not to mention the civilians burned to death at Coventry and in London. Orwell said: "Pacifism is objectively pro-fascist. This is elementary common sense. If you hamper the war effort of one side, you automatically help out that of the other. Nor is there any real way of remaining outside such a war as the present one. In practice, 'he that is not with me is against me'.”
There's the reality of how to lose a war. In WWII, this was commonly known and shared by Americans and the Allies. That, by the way, was the last war this country actually fought to win, and we did. And we saved millions of Jews, Germans, Japanese and the Allies. There is a fatal sentimentality that pervades Western culture and Israel is a primary example. It was astounding to me when I found out that the citizens of a place under daily siege had forbidden its citizens to own weapons of self-defense. Glad I'm old so that I may not be around to see which war the U.S, loses next.
