Family FBI Raided For Dad’s Pro-Life
Advocacy Seeks $4.3 Million From ‘Corrupt’ DOJ

A Pennsylvania family the FBI raided last September over the father’s pro-life advocacy filed two claims today for a total of $4.35 million in damages due to the FBI’s unconstitutional, “malicious,” and “corrupt” use of “excessive force.” Mark Houck and Ryan-Marie Houck say in their legal filings obtained by The Federalist that their seven children continue to suffer as a result of the FBI raiding — with battering rams, ballistic shields, armor, and long rifles — the home of a nonviolent pro-lifer who didn’t own any guns and whose seven children were just waking for breakfast. (snip) The FBI said they put their guns away once Houck was arrested.

#3: I suspect the agents have something like 'qualified immunity' like most LEOs have. It protects them from individual suits by defendants if the officers were acting on 'legitimate' orders from the grand jury.

The fbi and entire DoJ have become the exact same entity as the KGB, or Stasi, or brown shirts. Every prosecution is politically motivated. The only solution is to totally disband the entire DoJ. Bulldoze the Justice and FBI headquarters and then recruit necessary federal agents like border control and immigration in El Paso. SEC in Fargo, etc. all new hires

I’m sure the agents were “just following orders”. The thing is, after Covid especially, we know how corrupt our government is (at all levels), and they know that many of us know it. So like corrupt repressive regimes throughout history, they must resort to violent suppression to attempt to hold onto their power. If history holds, this will ultimately fail, unfortunately it may take decades to do so. We are in for dark times, regardless of our election outcomes, because the administrative state is entrenched, they are a large part of the problem, and they can wait out politicians who come and go. I am trying to recalibrate my life, asking myself how people who lived under repressive regimes their entire lives (and recognized the fact) actually lived their daily lives. What do they tell their kids and grandkids? I look at my four grandkids and want to cry for what has been taken from them.

Get the names of every single agent who was there, the names of those who sent them to his house and sue them for absolutely everything they own. Homes, cars, pensions, stocks, bonds. If nothing else it might tie them up for years fighting the lawsuits against them. Maybe make some future jack-booted thug think twice before 'following orders.'

Iran claims Hamas did not give advance notice of its Oct. 7 terrorist attacks and will not join the group in its fight against Israel, Reuters reported on Wednesday. Iranian supreme leader Ali Khamenei told Hamas head Ismail Haniyeh last month that, though Iran would continue to offer moral support, it would not get directly involved in the terror group’s fight against Israel, according to Iranian and Hamas officials who anonymously spoke to Reuters. Khamenei pressured Haniyeh to suppress Palestinian calls for Iran and Hezbollah, one of its proxy terror groups, to fully join the fight.

The Biden administration is extending a sanctions waiver that will allow Iran continued access to $10 billion in previously frozen assets, The Associated Press reported Tuesday. The four-month extension will allow Iran continued access to previously frozen $10 billion in electricity revenues for humanitarian aid, according to the AP. Critics of the Biden administration have said that giving Iran to access frozen funds will free up money in Tehran’s money reserves and allow them to carry on sponsoring terrorism. The sanctions waiver will authorize Iraq to continue purchasing electricity services from Iran and give Tehran access to the billions in payments currently stored in the Iraqi banks, according to the AP.

Twenty-four members — 12 Democrats and 12 Republicans — did not vote on the measure.

If the US is attacked with nuclear weapons, an adversary would most likely concentrate all fire on the country's intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) launch facilities. Any retaliatory attack from the US would come from these silos, located in Colorado, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, and Wyoming - and taking them out would be an enemy's first priority.
