The White House asserted executive privilege over 200 records housed at the National Archives (NARA) concerning Hunter Biden’s business interactions with the Office of the Vice President during the Obama administration, according to America First Legal (AFL) on Wednesday.
America First Legal launched a lawsuit to obtain records from NARA encompassing communications between January 2011 and December 2013 with the name of Hunter Biden’s company, “Rosemont Seneca.”
In response to AFL’s records request, NARA refused to release the records, admitting the disclosure would reveal “confidential advice” between then-Vice President Joe Biden and White House advisers. NARA did provide 861 records that apparently did not fall under executive privilege.

The Demented Fuhrer and Jill........August 31, 2023...........
"Delaware's favorite son, President Joe Biden, will be at his home near Rehoboth Beach again this weekend."
"According to the White House's "Week Ahead Guidance," Joe and Jill Biden will travel to their North Shores home Friday and stay for the weekend."
Another "working" vacation with Jill at his side.

FJB pulling a CYA. What are you trying to hide (as if we don't know)? He makes me sick. Every time I see his face or hear his voice I just want to cry for America.

Seems to me to be a tacit admission that Dementia Joe Briben is up to his eyeballs in his son's illicit business dealings.

Thought only the president can declare executive privilege and then only for what happens while he is president --not for documents etc for when he was VP.

I don't think email using an alias email name to his crackhead son should not come under any EP act, it should be provided because bribery is a crime and these email most likely deal with the corruption game all the Bidens are engaged in. EP is not to shield against crimes, it should only be used for the security of the country, and as well all know the security and welfare for our country is the futherst thing from Joe's mind.

I am guilty, Hunter is guilty and I reserve the right to hide all of our crimes for the past twenty years. Every politician deserves to own at least four houses and keep twenty million dollars in banks across the world, no questions asked.

So VP Biden was involving his son (as a private citizen) in official White House/ Executive Branch policy making decisions? Hmmm...

Ironically President Trump has never been afforded executive privilege by NARA at all.
And joe gets it without a whimper.

This is a mis-use of Executive Priveledge as Hunter is not part of the administration, and therefore does not legitimately come under those protections.

Hey McCarthy...does the phrase, "Last Straw", mean anything at all to you?
Because if not, the phrase, "impeachment," will become a lot more personal.

And yet there was no Priviledge allowed for Trump, and they even went for his tax returns.....and got them. Ditto his papers. The double standard is SO stark and the fact that nothing happens to Biden, Clinton etc etc etc goes directly to the feet of the self satisfied Left Wing Press...Times, Post, etc. This country is being torn apart by the blatant misuse of the law.....and people are finally beginning to notice. (And by the by, Newt Gingrich just explained that Obama is the ONLY past President who stayed in D.C. short of Wilson who was dying, and Biden's cast of characters is rife with Obama people---who are well versed in the unequal use of Law and Constitution! And Obama was the one one who proclaimed that he was instituting a fundamental chance in the Country.)

FTA: “ …the disclosure would reveal “confidential advice” between then-Vice President Joe Biden and White House advisers.”
Hmmmm, seems that privilege only applies to corrupt democrat presidents. Isn’t that what AG Willis is doing in Fulton County? She is bringing in President Trump’s chief of Staff and his legal advisors to testify to their private conversations. How can they argue for protection of private conversations for Joe but deny the same for President Trump? Our system is well and truly broken when such utter bias is ignored.

Is he the most corrupt president ever? It's possible. I think LBJ and the Great One made more money off their presidencies than President Vegetable, which just confirms how stupid he and his family are. Biden is even pathetic at his own corruption.
