A federal judge blocked Texas’ ban on public drag shows in front of children Thursday.
U.S. District Judge David Hittner, appointed by former President Ronald Reagan, said the law likely violates performers’ freedom of speech, according to a court order. The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) challenged the law on Aug. 2, claiming the law violates the First and Fourteenth Amendments, according to the complaint. (snip) A judge in Montana blocked a law banning drag shows in front of minors in June. Republican Tennessee Gov. Bill Lee signed a bill banning drag shows in front of children into law in March, and that law was blocked by a judge in April.

The question is why these performers want to “do their performing” for children and I’m afraid we all know the answer.

The country is being ran by federal judges, not elected representatives.

Homeschool. Please. And grandparents, encourage, support (spiritually, emotionally, and monetarily). We homeschooled our son from K-12. He is an HVAC tech now and happy. Our smallest sweet baby is just starting her K year.
Not one moment do I regret being a homeschooling mom.
Remember, no teacher on her best day could care as much about your kids' future as you do on your worst day.

Don’t retreat to your homes. Keep fighting.
Virtually every community has obscenity laws, such as children not allowed in bars, sex/strip clubs and porno shops. Exposing kids to influences of “corrupting” nature, GROOMING, etc, rules rating movies, etc.
LONG-STANDING laws and guidelines.
Fight those rulings.
Protect your children, homeschool if you can, but all those other kids whose parents won’t or can’t, whose kids will be victimized, and sooner or later your children—>young adults will confront those who have been corrupted and debauched.
Don’t give up. Band together. We need to fund lawyers/firms who fight on our side.
Fight like the Left/Dems fight, only righteously.

Would this be an issue if heterosexuals were performing these acts in front of children? Of course, it would be. There would be an uproar against this kind of thing in front of children but because this perverted protected class is immune to obscenity ordinances all is well. Do people fail to understand that this is a sexual fetish these men are performing in front of children? They get titillated by doing these performances in front of innocent children. Drag is for adults. It’s bawdy, campy and is sexually intoxicating which is why they do it. Why is this considered entertainment for children? It is overtly sexual and disgusting to see them perform in front of children. Let’s not forget, parents are actually bringing their children to watch this debauchery. Put a real woman in those outlandish outfits doing the same acts and those same parents would be outraged. How does this make sense?

I looked it up remembering other red states did this too, same thing, passing laws that prohibits drag shows where children are presents. Tennessee passed the law too and a sick Federal judge struck it down too. What are we to do?

I encourage the same after we too homeschooled ours as well, #6. I seriously know more parents at church and community events who homeschool, Christian schools or a combination than I do government schoolers. It was not that way for us in the 80’s and 90’s. Thanking God for wise parents and joyful disciplined children!

The answer to the problem? Just don't go to them....now if they are preforming in schools, that is another story...

Wielding simplistic age controls would only stoke youth interest by increasing the perceived mystique among kids. But restoring our right to teach Judeo-Christian morality to our kids anywhere they can be subjected to genderbender grooming might be more effective.

The federal judiciary is the Enemy of Freedom. These un-elected and un-accountable tyrants are forcing national suicide. The federal judiciary must be disbanded, dismantled, and demolished. .
