An exclusive report revealed that the global ringmasters and their Democrat allies are embarking on an expedited Marxist scheme to ensure you will have no choice but to enjoy bugs and public transportation in less than a decade.
The Federalist on Saturday dropped this explosive story. 14 prominent American cities are part of a far-left climate organization headed by billionaire globalist “Mini” Mike Bloomberg that aims to abolish private vehicle ownership and wean their constituents off meat and dairy by 2030. That is just SEVEN years away from now.
The Federalist astutely notes that fully adopting these measures will lead to the deaths of innocent people.

They won't get away with it all at once. Like Climate Change, they will whittle away at our freedoms, and slowly eliminate 'nasty' things through regulation and taxation. They won't quit, though, Socialist tyrants never do.

I say let's ban yachts and private jets, first, see how that goes, and then we can discuss further!

#3, they NEVER reverse course!
FTA:
14 major American cities are part of a globalist climate organization known as the “C40 Cities Climate Leadership Group,” which has an “ambitious target” by the year 2030 of “0 kg [of] meat consumption,” “0 kg [of] dairy consumption,” “3 new clothing items per person per year,” “0 private vehicles” owned, and “1 short-haul return flight (less than 1500 km) every 3 years per person.”
C40’s dystopian goals can be found in its “The Future of Urban Consumption in a 1.5°C World” report, which was published in 2019 and reportedly reemphasized in 2023. The organization is headed and largely funded by Democrat billionaire Michael Bloomberg. Nearly 100 cities across the world make up the organization, and its American members include Austin, Boston, Chicago, Houston, Los Angeles, Miami, New Orleans, New York City, Philadelphia, Phoenix, Portland, San Francisco, Washington, D.C., and Seattle.
Imagine, you won't be able to eat meat, dairy, have only 3 pieces of new clothing per year, and only 1 short-haul flight every 3 years (no vacations for you!)
But will the Republicans attack this sort of plan in the 2024 election?

this explains the big push to outlaw ICEs and replace them with electric cars...which were never, not for a moment, a commercially, logistically, nor environmentally qualified substitute.

"Goal".
If they succeed, all that will change is the population of those cities will dramatically decrease.

That's 14 future depopulated and incinerated cities - once the inevitable privations can no longer be ignored. The citizens of Austin, Boston, Chicago, Houston, Los Angeles, Miami, New Orleans, New York City, Philadelphia, Phoenix, Portland, San Francisco, Washington, D.C., and Seattle have never been known for their calm, civic-minded altruism. Home to many of the worst urban riots in U.S. history, what is supposed to happen when the democrats try to feed them bugs and when the cities' likely suspects realize that there is no drive-by shooting value to EVs and their unreliability and limited range make them inappropriate for use as smash-and-grab getaway cars.

I'm sure that the restaurant and fast food industry will have nothing to say about this!! Also the grocery stores, big box stores, gas stations, delivery services, butchers, fishing industry, dairy industry, etc.
One other thing: "Try that in a small town!!"
