President Donald Trump dropped a bombshell report on his Truth Social platform that the sham committee overseeing the investigation of the January 6th Capitol riot has destroyed their documents and records illegally.
On Tuesday, Trump wrote:
President Trump: So now that I have full Subpoena Power because of the Freedom of Speech Sham Indictment by Crooked Joe Biden, Deranged Jack Smith, and the DOJ, it has just been reported that the Unselect January 6th Committee of Political Hacks and Thugs has illegally destroyed their Records and Documents. This is unthinkable, and the Fake Political Indictment against me must be immediately withdrawn. The system is Rigged & Corrupt,

They destroyed all exculpatory evidence, and did not investigate anything surrounding the Capitol. McCarthy had sent a letter to them telling to preserve all items ---- but they did not. How nasty and corrupt!

If you expected the Democrats to follow protocol, you are a jackass fool. They dont follow rules. They abuse rules. It's their street cred.

Save your breath. That was a great letter, McCarthy shows his understanding of the law and the expectations of such a wide-ranging committee. The committee, OTOH, is merely a reflection of the failed policies and vindictive nature of the angry Democrats who thought they'd have those n*'s voting for them for 200 years. They actually believed LBJ.

Therefore, since the crooked Jan. 6th committee is guilty of spoliation of evidence, it will be necessary to convene a new, more honest committee and force those in the previous to produce the evidence, or be imprisoned in the Capitol jail until they do. Then re-call all witness, and broadcast their repeated testimony.

Drop the whole case. This proves it’s all a sham. Release all the people being held. Including those recently “convicted” and sent to prison. If the committee really had prove of wrong doing they would not have destroyed their “evidence!”

Tucker still has the J6 videos, which could help.

Speaker McCarthy should release to the public the entire J6 videos. All of them, untouched, unedited, and in full.

The brass of these people.
Destroying evidence while prosecuting a former President.

This amounts to stealing from US the American People. Those documents belong to US. Of course I don't assume anything different from an idiot who tore up the State of The Union speech.

Not a surprise...it was illegally done...but then..what's new with the jan6 committee...simple solution...go back to the house records and get all the testimony recorded by nervous Nancy's house of deception....they can't erase what's on the official records....even the rats won't mess with congressional records...or will they?

Did anyone expect anything different???
Whenever things lead to guilt, the guilty hide, slow walk, or DESTROY 'evidence'--
There are examples TOO NUMEROUS to detail here so we all better get used to it!
Still wondering about those 4.500 documents STILL being withheld by the Vegetable's direction hiding things about the JFK Assassination....... virtually ALL of those people are now DEAD.
Strange as it may seem, this only happens when demonrat socialist marxists are involved-- Imagine THAT.

The congressional democrats learned from Hillary that when you get subpoenaed destroy the evidence. Nothing happened to her either.

Nothing gets actually destroyed these days. My bet is that there ARE copies, but they just PRETEND that they are "destroyed" to avoid complying with subpoenas.

Hillary used private servers to conduct government business. As a result, she had control of information that did not belong to her. When FOIA requests sought specific information about State Department conduct and activities, Americans were were met with denials that any such information appeared in the archives. That was, of course, the plan. However, emails that went through her private servers and landed in government devices could be accessed, so some of what was deliberately hidden eventually was exposed. Might be a good idea to remain skeptical about whether the information was destroyed. Just because Dems claim they had no obligation to archive material doesn’t mean it no longer exists. Sounds like a narrative that might not mean quite what it appears to mean at this moment.

and why not??!! - they know they can get away with this illegal and unethical move because ... the dept of injustice is asleep at the switch and comrade garland has no interest in fulfilling his legal duties as Attorney General, at least as far as our President is concerned
