Mark Meadows Seeks to Remove Georgia Indictment
to Federal Court

Original Article

Former White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows filed a motion on Tuesday to remove the Fulton County, Georgia, indictment against him to federal court. Meadows was charged with two counts in a 41-count indictment that named himself, former President Donald Trump, and 17 others. Meadows is being charged under Georgia’s RICO statute and faces charges for soliciting an official to violate their oath of office. Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis cites Meadow’s involvement in setting up calls between Trump and various state legislators as evidence of his violation of state law, conduct that primarily falls under the duties of chief of staff, as Meadows’ attorneys noted.

"Meadows is being charged under Georgia’s RICO statute and faces charges for soliciting an official to violate their oath of office." You have to be kidding, the clowns in office haven't honored their oath of office since the 1950's. They blatantly subvert the Constitution while lining their pockets at the expense of the taxpayers while the ill-informed, apathetic voters perpetuate them in office; shamelessly begging for more "free stuff."

FTA: On or about the 21st day of November 2020, MARK RANDALL MEADOWS sent a text message to United States Representative Scott Perry from Pennsylvania and stated, “Can you send me the number for the speaker and the leader of PA Legislature. POTUS wants to chat with them.” Okay, riddle me this, Batman. What business is it of the State of Georgia that a Federal official in the District of Columbia reaches out to another Federal Official from a state other than Georgia, asking for contact information for two State officials from a state other than Georgia? Gee, I still think that the best charge they can get Trump on is removing those "Do Not Remove under Penalty of Federal Law" tags from his hotel mattresses. But I gotta hand it to those hotel maids, they are holding strong. Not one of them has flipped. Obviously. the deep state lawyers at least could write up a believable indictment on that count -- heck, a correspondence school graduate of the "Famous Lawyers School" advertised on a matchbook cover could make a better argument that these fancy big-time law school graduates are trying to foist on the courts. The problem is, as a good lawyer friend tells me, that judges today are dumb. They're lawyers who can't make it in private practice but can play the politics game. He tells me often how he has to explain the law to judges in court. Heck, he actually shows up at the judges conference for his speciality and is usually one of the guest speakers.

Rep. Ronny Jackson (R-TX) is on the rise in Texas and nationally as the second-term firebrand congressman and former White House doctor to two presidents is on a fundraising tear this year, and the surge he’s seen in small-dollar donors has some wondering if he’s ready for a statewide run soon. Jackson, in the second quarter, raised north of a million dollars—more than any other GOP U.S. House member in Texas—and for the whole first half of 2023 the Texas conservative was the number one online fundraiser of any House GOP member not in leadership. At an average donation of $14.86, with 86,313 small dollar unitemized contributions in the first six months

During his two-and-a-half years without trial Ryan has been moved around to 17 different facilities. Ryan has been beaten, abused, tortured, and neglected since his arrest in January 2021. Earlier this week The Gateway Pundit received exclusive photos from Ryan Samsel’s prison cell at the FDC in Philadelphia. The cell was a size of a closet with a light on all of the time. The cell had a thin blue mattress, no sheets or blankets, no clothing, and he was kept here for five months straight.

Former President Donald Trump said Thursday on Fox Business Network’s “Kudlow” that the Georgia indictment and others are all part of the same “witch hunt.” Anchor Larry Kudlow said, “We’re here to talk about the economy, what’s gone wrong and how you can fix it, but I do think you should have a chance to talk about this crazy Georgia indictment. I know you gave an interview with Fox Digital. It was a good interview. You said you saw darkness, but you also seem to see some optimism in the potential outcome. I thought we just see what you had to say about that.”

Joe Biden raised eyebrows after he told a group of children their 'daddy owes' them and that he would suggest a place for ice cream. The president made the off-hand remark during an event at the White House on Wednesday. He had just been introduced to the stage by an energy executive who said his children were in the audience. Biden joked: 'I wanna say one thing to your children: I know some really great ice cream places around here, and daddy owes you. Talk to me afterwards.'

The CIA has been sued for its role in helping to craft a letter from 51 intelligence officials discrediting Hunter Biden's laptop as Russian disinformation. The letter that was signed by 51 intel officials in 2020 immediately before the presidential election falsely claimed that Hunter Biden's laptop had all the 'classic earmarks of a Russian information operation.' A Republican report released in May showed that the CIA was actively involved in getting signatures for the letter which 'was a political operation to help elect' Joe Biden in November 2020.

President Joe Biden suddenly changed his tone during a speech Wednesday and started yelling that the US has never failed at “one thing.” The speech given on Wednesday, following the second anniversary of the catastrophic withdrawal from Afghanistan, was given from the East Room of the White House and was meant to tout the one-year anniversary of the Inflation Reduction Act, which did anything but that. Nevertheless, Biden is crowing over its delusional success. As he was bragging about a non-existent win, he pointed to “our friends on the other side of the aisle,” and carped that all he hears from Republicans is how much is wrong

Attorneys for former US President Donald Trump have requested an April 2026 trial date for the federal election interference case, new filings show. Prosecutors, led by Special Counsel Jack Smith, have asked for a much earlier date of January 2024. Judge Tanya Chutkan is set to rule on the request on August 28. The decision will crucially place the trial ahead or after next year's presidential elections, in which Trump is the front-runner for the Republican nomination.

Under President Joe Biden’s watch, now more than 1.6 million border crossers are in the United States with unresolved asylum claims. The majority, based on federal data, will have their asylum claims denied. The data, reviewed and published by Andrew Arthur of the Center for Immigration Studies (CIS), reveals the extent to which Biden’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is carrying out an expansive catch and release network, releasing tens of thousands of border crossers into the U.S. interior every month — most with dubious asylum claims.

Los Angeles Times columnist George Skelton floated a scenario that he thinks could cure Democrat woes across multiple elected offices: If Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) retires midterm and Gov. Gavin Newsom (D-CA) appoints Vice President Kamala Harris to her seat, then President Joe Biden can find a more appealing running mate for 2024. The idea, which Skelton endorsed in his article Thursday but admitted is farfetched, came from an L.A. Times reader, who sent the idea to the columnist. If the unlikely hypothetical scenario ever were to unfold, it would send shockwaves through California and national politics.

But the AMA has been criticized for floating the idea and has been accused of holding an 'activist position'. It argued that trans women's inability to bear children may cause them to experience 'psychological dissonance' which undermines their health and well-being.

Wherever we drive nowadays, we see electric vehicles (EVs) amid the normal internal combustion cars and hybrids. (Snip) The modern Left has a dream – that soon, very soon, every vehicle in the world will be electric, running on a heavy, cobalt-laden, lithium battery that needs to be charged up somewhere with electricity derived from an out-of-sight coal plant. The EV’s current average, we are told, is eight hours to a “full charge,” whatever that means. It might be a couple hundred miles, maybe less, maybe more. Some chargers charge faster, some vehicles take longer. We rarely see the EVs charging up while we fill our normal cars

During the inferno that devastated part of the island of Maui, wiping entire towns off the map and possibly killing more than a thousand people (once a full assessment can be made), people on Maui begged state officials to allow West Maui stream water to be diverted to fill up reservoirs for firefighting. That request went to M. Kaleo Manuel, Deputy Director of Hawaii's Commission on Water Resource Management, and he delayed approval of that water for five hours - five hours in which the once-contained fire exploded. By the time the approval was received, workers were unable to reach the siphon release so that the water could be diverted.

Ford only keeps production going because its gas-powered divisions make enough profits to keep this operation going. The car company is losing billions on its push into electric vehicles. Yet, the greenies and environmentally conscious remain gung-ho about these cars even though you must burn fossil fuels to charge them. Energy fairies do not dwell in the charging stations, folks. At least, there should be, due to the revelations that the bureaucrats tasked with managing disasters were absolute garbage at their jobs. The island suffered massive brushfires that killed at least 100 people last week. Over 1,000 people are still missing, and whole communities have been destroyed. The damage currently stands at $6 billion, but that’s subject to change, making this one of the deadliest wildfires in over a century.
