White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre told reporters at a briefing Monday that there was “zero evidence” that President Joe Biden had “discussed,” or was “involved with,” his son Hunter’s business dealings, now under scrutiny by a special counsel. It's been over a year since the unprecedented raid on former president Trump's Mar-a-Lago estate, and nearly a year since I attended Trump's rally in Wilkes-Barre, Pa. — his first rally after the raid.
Writing about that day, I called the rally a "pivotal moment in history." One reason I believed this was because the events leading up to and including the raid were hallmarks of oppressive regimes the likes of which America had never witnessed before. Chicago, Illinois, Mayor Brandon Johnson (D) is considering a plan in which the city would bus border crossers and illegal aliens to surrounding suburbs.
According to the Center Square, Johnson said he is working with Cook County officials as well as other officials from various counties to coordinate a plan that would send hundreds — potentially thousands — of border crossers and illegal aliens out of Chicago, a proud sanctuary city. Johnson said:

The U.S. Court of Appeals in Washington, DC just admitted something that millions of people already knew. Black Lives Matter radicals in DC were given special treatment, especially when compared to some pro-life protesters.
This is just one incident but it’s symbolic of a much bigger issue, the two-tiered justice system that punishes anything and everyone conservative much more harshly than people on the left.
