Indictments were returned by a Fulton County, Georgia grand jury Monday evening, against Donald Trump, Rudy Giuliani, former North Carolina Sen. Mark Meadows, and John Eastman. The 41-count indictment includes charges of racketeering, solicitation of violation of an oath by a public officer, conspiracy, and filing a false statement. Others indicted are Kenneth Chesebro, Jeffrey Clark, Ray Smith III, Robert Cheeley, Michael Roman, David Shafer, Shawn Still, Stephen Lee, Harrison Floyd, Trevian Kutti, Sidney Powell, Cathleen Latham, Scott Hall, and Misty Hayes. We reported back in April that Willis was looking at announcing criminal indictments related to the 2020 election between July 11 and September 1.

Reading the list of others indicted, it appears a targeted gotcha to ensure no one will want to work for, or be close to, PDJT.

The Dems have finally turned this country into a third world dictatorship, with all the trimmings of communist Russia and China put together. Where political opposition is persecuted and innocent people who think differently than the regime are being intimadated and also jailed. We have got to root this evil out, the Dem party and it's leaders are the true face of evil. Georgia don't stand for being used in their plan to oppress.

The response of our vaunted Republican leadership is going to be interesting. I can imagine a statement that is at best lukewarm and at worst not forthcoming at all. Counting on them to come out swinging in opposition to this travesty is pointless.

Re#1. Short of storming the courthouse, what do you suggest we Georgians do about this? The DA is elected by reliably blue Fulton County.

If anyone thinks that the #JihadJunta is ever going to “give up power” they need to have their head examined. When they pulled off a Coup d’etat and never once had an elected “Republican” challenge it, that is when the USA was toast.

Fani refused to answer if she is working with Smith, indictments posted before the grand jury voted?? Georgia is an embarrassment!!! The trial will be a one sided media circus. It makes me wonder what Georgia would have done to Trump if he won Georgia??? They're doing all this when he lost Georgia???Very confusing???

This is nothing but overreach and overkill meant to detract America from Georgia's cheating in the 2020 election and the actual serious, treasonous crimes of Joe Biden.

Sixty years ago, the out of state car I was in received a traffic ticket in a little GA town, The three Ga cars we were adjacent to were also pulled over, then released. Ga justice consisted of milking us on a “bond” for bs charges. Leaving town, going 25 mph in a 25 mph zone, validated with 4 pairs of eyes, we were clocked a mile back, at night, before radar, going 60 mph by the the Jackie Gleason impersonating constable…That is Ga then…injustice in Ga has not changed.

4 indictments from different parts of the country. All "coincidentally" occurring years later during the next election cycle.
I smell a conspiracy, which in most jurisdictions is a felony.
Will anybody investigate the possibility? Not holding my breath.

The lefts double motto of " by any means necessary ", " whatever it takes ", covers this . They don't care who or what they have to destroy to stay in power because the penalty for treason ( execution ) isn't pretty. The rot is deep.

I wish I knew what we could do, #10. If we try to organize rallies and demonstrations on social media, there is a danger that we immediately become targets of the FBI and get tagged as domestic terrorists and insurrectionists. Also, as we’ve seen, peaceful protests have a way of turning violent with the infiltration of communist/socialist groups like Antifa, and BLM and might I add the FBI? In addition to that, many of the people getting prosecuted are actually the original peaceful protestors. At least for now, the Justice Department seems to have us in an ever-tightening vice.
Maybe, we just need another hero.

A few of these accused might be too poor to fight this forever, the dem strategy.
Then one or more might make a "plea bargain."
That makes all the rest look guilty.
Drag it out and make it expensive is the dem lawfare way.
They also timed it to mess with President Trump's campaigning.

Fulton county, the stain of the state of Georgia. There's a reason why cities within Fulton county are looking to get out. Atlanta, like NYC, Chicago, Baltimore, Oakland, New Orleans and every other democratic run city are sucking the taxpayers dry yet do nothing about crime, drugs and the homeless. They have turned into Stalanistic cities. All run by the same people. Connect the dots. Got it.
