When Devon Archer sits down on Monday with the House Oversight Committee, the Hunter Biden investigation could enter a new and more significant phase.
That’s because Archer, a former business partner of Hunter Biden’s and a former friend to the family, is expected to testify about the extent of President Joe Biden’s involvement in his son’s foreign business dealings, potentially roping the president more deeply into a scandal he has thus far studiously avoided.
Archer will be the closest business associate of Hunter Biden’s to speak with Congress to date. The two served together on the board of Burisma, a Ukrainian energy company, and handled a range

Which is why the Regime wants to jail him to keep it from happening. This in what once was America.

I hope Archer has plenty of protection. Too many witness's have committed '"Arkancide" in the past 30 years.

I will admit that I find a lot of these testimonials boring. While there might be some golden tidbits among the Q & A too often there isn't much to sink your teeth into. And the dems will go off on some tangent that will, surprise, lead right to Maga conservatives and Trump. I prefer to watch someone I trust replay the important moments. However, this is one I will watch.

I hope they can sneak him in tomorrow, maybe with an R Congress member, so DOJ doesn't intercept him en route.

I don't think a judge has the constitutional authority to whisk Archer to prison while he is under a Congressional subpoena. The Constitution's Article I, Sec 6, Clause 1 provides a significant barrier to Judicial interference with Congress's subpoena power. That was affirmed by the USSC in Eastland v. U. S. Servicemen's Fund. What the Justice Department is accomplishing is highlighting their above-the-law Biden bias for all to see. There is no reasonable and prudent person who would disagree.

He will be Epsteined in prison. This proves that the Bidens are guilty. Anyone that can’t see that is as dumb as Lunchbucket n the crime family will skate. This should make people furious.

This Archer could prove with film at eleven that the old man molested little girls. Would make no difference, the Bidens along with persons like Hillary Clinton enjoy lifetime exemptions from prosecution. They will judge shop to get Hunter's sweetheart deal back on track. Hillary, if you want to keep breathing just leave alone.

I hope Comer videotapes the session. I doubt if Archer is going to last long enough in prison to come back to DC as an impeachment witness.

I’m very interested in what went on with Rosemont Seneca.
The stepson of Jon Fraud catsup-carrie and son of Pierre DeFecto were involved with them, weren’t they?
Yes, very interested indeed about them.

At least Jimmy Carter wasn't a criminal.
How many inside the U.S. Capitol DID NOT know Biden was profiteering while a U.S. Representative, Senator, then Vice-President? This type of rumor gets around DC pretty fast, and it's almost impossible to hide considering a family of untalented morons, like the Biden clan, led by the man who bragged for decades, "I'm the poorest man in the U.S. Senate! I take the Amtrak line everyday to my home in Delaware!"
Biden reminds me of the famous quip, "The more he spoke of his honor, the faster we counted our spoons."

Re #10 - that's the problem and why the Republicans in the Senate (a most useless institution) want a Merrick Garland appointed Special Counsel* to investigate rather then support the House staring impeachment proceedings/inquiry/whatever - they're all in on it, well, maybe Rand Paul is the exception.
Does anyone remember right after Biden was inaugurated and Mitch McConnell was either overheard or was interviewed and he said something to the effect of: I look forward to working with VP Harris - we worked well in the Senate or something to that effect? The Senate is the ultimate good ol boys/girls club.
* Has anyone seen or heard from Special Counsel Robert Hur - "investigating" Biden's classified records theft?

Wonder how many reasonable rats in the swamp are starting to understand just how corrupt and treasonous the obama/biden cabal are...when will they say...."enough"...Archer has a target on his back...and I think he knows that so he's taking every precaution he can....welcome to soros America...Hitler taught soros all he needed to know to bring down a country...but...he hadn't counted on MAGA and our President Trump to save the day.....just as hitler never counted on Churchill to save England....

#7 - "Would make no difference, the Bidens along with persons like Hillary Clinton enjoy lifetime exemptions from prosecution.".....You are absolutely correct. My money is on "nothing will happen". After all, they're all Democrats, and no Dem ever pays a price.

Archer is well aware by now that his number has been blocked by everyone in the Biden family and they will throw him under the bus in a New York minute.

I see how this works. The House brings in Hunter's partner and the DOJ indicts Trumps janitor. If this goes any further, Mar-A-Lago might be looking for a new cabana boy.

Prison usually equals safety for a star witness. But prisons, especially federal prisons, are full of Biden people.
