A day after testifying on Capitol Hill, IRS whistleblower Joseph Ziegler appeared with CNN’s Jake Tapper to face further questioning.
Ziegler, a registered Democrat who has over a decade of experience as an IRS case agent, laid out the corruption he saw involving the Hunter Biden investigation. At every turn, he and his team were hamstrung, with the DOJ refusing to even allow questions surrounding Joe Biden. Ziegler also testified that interviews of Hunter Biden’s adult children were also placed off limits. Other damning allegations include Hunter Biden’s legal team being tipped off to searches and U.S. Attornies in districts outside of Delaware refusing to allow well-evidenced prosecutions.

The release Thursday of an FBI “FD-1023” document detailing allegations of bribery against President Joe Biden boosts the case for opening an impeachment inquiry into the president.
The FD-1023 suggests that a Ukrainian businessman from the Burisma energy company allegedly paid Joe Biden through shell companies, and hired his son, Hunter Biden, in an effort to help remove a prosecutor who was investigating the company. The FD-1023 also contains allegations that Joe and Hunter Biden were each paid $5 million to make sure that prosecutor Viktor Shokin was fired, apparently because Burisma wanted to list itself on U.S. stock markets and could not be under investigation

New York City has begun distributing English and Spanish fliers at the southern border warning asylum seekers that there is “there is no guarantee we will be able to provide shelter and services to new arrivals.”
NYC Mayor Eric Adams explained the policy on Wednesday by noting simply that “We have no more room in the city.” Roughly 55,000 migrants are currently under the City’s care. Add the homeless population, and the total number of people currently sheltered in city jumps past 105,000.
Adams also announced policy changes designed to make space for families with children in NYC housing. The city will now require single adult migrants

The City of New York agreed to pay a $13.7 million settlement in a class-action lawsuit brought by protesters who accused NYPD officers of using unlawful policing tactics and violating the rights of demonstrators during the 2020 protests and rioting sparked by the death of George Floyd.
The city has agreed to pay out $9,950 per person to up to 1,380 people who were “arrested and/or subjected to force by N.Y.P.D. officers” during protests at 18 different locations throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn in May and June of 2020, according to the New York Times.
The city denied liability in the settlement agreement and also denied

Verástegui detailed the movie’s journey in an interview with Breitbart News days ahead of former President Donald Trump hosting a viewing of the box office surprise at his club in Bedminster, New Jersey, on Wednesday.
“First of all, I am so grateful for what is happening. Just, you know, I feel like I’m dreaming. And I’m afraid to wake up because this is a dream.

House Speaker Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) came to Trump’s defense over reports that the Department of Justice (DOJ) has been weighing potential charges against the former president for his alleged conduct during the January 6, 2021 riot on Capitol Hill.
Speaking to reporters on Wednesday, the U.S. House Speaker said he does not see any reason for the former president to be found criminally responsible for January 6.
“I don’t see how he could be found criminally responsible,” McCarthy said. “What criminal activity did he do? He told people to be peaceful.”
This past Sunday, the former president revealed on Truth Social that he would have to appear before a grand jury this week

Florida Governor and 2024 GOP presidential contender Ron DeSantis has released his plan to change the military from a Petrie dish for D+ Sociology majors back into the Number One fighting force in the world. His campaign has posted his Military Reform Plan titled “Ron DeSantis’ Plan for a “Mission First” Military,” and it is well worth the read.
The plan is divided into four major sections; each focused on addressing one of the chronic problems that infected the US military sometime during the Clinton regime.
Rip Political Agendas Out of Our Military
This section has two major themes. First, get rid of the Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity infrastructure. Second,

From reading pro- and con-Barbie movie reviews, I’ve learned that Barbie Land is great to look at, the movie is a woke celebration or nightmare, depending on your viewpoint, and men are the last bastion of true femininity, and fairy tales have reverted to their ancient place as adult entertainment,
Having grown up playing with Barbies, I watched some of the promos for the movie. Visually, they were great. Barbie Land’s buildings, interior design, beaches, and bright clothes really did look like Barbie’s world brought to life. Closer viewing revealed that these Barbies were irritatingly shrill (my Barbies never were) and the Kens vapid.
Even worse, it became increasingly clear

NEW YORK -- There are new developments in New York City's struggle to house recently arrived asylum seekers.
Mayor Eric Adams said Wednesday the city has been carrying the weight of the nation's crisis and now there is no longer space for new people coming in, citing the absence of state or federal aid.
He said he has put a plan in place that will begin in the next couple of days to help move current migrants out of shelters to make space for families arriving with children. With an average of 300 to 500 people still arriving daily, the mayor said the city will begin providing 60-day

At least two people have died and several others were injured after shooting erupted inside a building in central Auckland, New Zealand police said Thursday.
The shooting is “an isolated incident,” and “not a national security risk,” New Zealand police said on Twitter, adding that multiple injuries were reported and “and at this stage we can confirm two people have died.”
“The male offender is also deceased,” police added. A man, covered in blood, was captured by CNN affiliate Newshub being carried from the scene by police. He was treated on site by an ambulance after gunshots were heard coming from the scene, it reported.
