Megyn Kelly and former President Donald J. Trump seem to have let bygones be bygones after hard feelings stemming from a 2015 Republican primary debate back when she was one of the Fox News moderators, telling listeners that the two met during an event at the weekend’s Turning Point Action Conference in Florida where both gave speeches. The conservative commentator recalled her meeting with the 2024 GOP frontrunner on Monday’s edition of SiriusXM’s “The Megyn Kelly Show,” saying that Trump was a perfect gentleman to her with the hard feelings between the two of them now apparently a thing of the past.

Good! He needs many supporters to counteract the Biden mainstream media.

Trump is a nice guy if you are civil. But this witch attacked him viciously on national TV and THAT gets you a hard smashback from Trump, IMO, rightly so.
Perhaps she'll be more civil in the future, and he certainly will be, if treated in a normal, civil manner.

VDH was interviewed on Just the News by John Solomon I believe a couple of weeks ago. VDH described how Trump doe NOT hold grudges, etc. - the complete opposite of the Bidens and any other Dem.

She's lucky. After that amateurish attempt to make a name for herself by beginning the debate with an obnoxious "gotcha" question, most people would not have gotten a second chance. She seems to have matured now that she is not controlled by Fox and is somewhat independent.

I believe Ms. Kelly would do it again if she believed it would benefit her. She knew what she was doing on that debate stage. She wanted that feather in her cap. Trump is being very gracious to her now which is a credit to him, but did I miss her apology? One more thing, I agree with her mother, who tells her to drop the profanity. Not that anyone cares, it is my pet peeve. It cheapens anyone who uses it. Since we’re cancelling language these days, one word I would choose never to hear again is the F-word and any derivative of it. It triggers me. (A no emoji rule prohibits me from inserting a smiley face.)

I have such a different take on this exchange and remember it vividly.
It seemed fair game for Kelly to press Trump on the misogynist and truly ugly sexual comments that he had made in the past. I recall “fat pigs, dogs, slobs, etc.”
He responded that she must have had blood coming out of her whatever. “That time of the month.”
I expected better from from the potential leader of the free world.

Oh, I guess Rosie O'Donnell and the rest of the fat pigs, dogs, and slobs on the left can say disgusting and horrible things about President Trump but of course he shouldn't respond because Republicans should NEVER fight back. EYE ROLL.

Until I hear Kelly apologize for her unbelievably obnoxious behavior toward DJT that night of the debates she will forever be on my s--- list. I may forgive her but will never forget. Recall she not only tried to make him look bad with her "gotcha" question, but right before that she taunted him (how ya doing? Good to see you) with a big s--- eating grin on her face trying to embarrass him.
She was letting him know she was in the catbird's seat because he was on national TV and she took full advantage. She poked the bear and PJT made a fool of her. Hopefully she learned a lesson in hubris. Go away "Megyn" until you can find it in your huge ego to apologize.

Megyn enjoyed feeling superior to Trump back when she was a Fox News star. Now she’s basically nobody and needs friends.

Speaking of "gotcha" questions, has anyone heard anything about Chris Wallace in recent months? Chris relished gotcha questions. I find it a relief that he seems to have faded into obscurity.

Megyn can get snarky and that comes out in her character at times. Recently I watched her interview Rick Grenell (I love him) and she said something "snarky and mean" and he said, "Megyn, Megyn, Megyn you don't believe that." And she got that little smile on her face that said she didn't believe it either, she was trying to provoke. That's Megyn!

I'm kinda like President Trump...and once to stab me in the back...you're done...I understand she's trying to make a comeback now that President Trump looks like 47...but I would still harbor a grudge...but well.. that's just me!!

Chris Christie' goading of Trump to participate in the debates can be rebutted by the following: "If I wanted to hear from a fat loud-mouth from New Jersey, I'd re-watch The Sopranos."

Megyn Kelly asked a very fair question about DJT's vulgar comments about various women. If he can't answer the question that would have been Trump's problem. DJT's inappropriate comments over the years has given his opponents all the ammo they need. BT W I voted for Trump in 2016 and 2020 and will likely cast my ballot for him in 2024.
