Furious passengers began to lash out at Pete Buttigieg over the Forth of July weekend's travel chaos as 3,000K delayed or canceled flights has left thousands of people stranded. Angry tweets slammed the Transportation Secretary for not fixing the airline industry as the number of Americans traveling by air for the holiday is expected to reach 25 million, surpassing pre-pandemic levels for the first time in four years. 'Almost 3000 flights were delayed or cancelled this weekend. And this is after he said he would fix the airline industry,' one Twitter user lamented.

FTA: "...(I)t emerged that the carrier's CEO, Scott Kirby, flew privately from New York to Denver, while paying customers were left sleeping on airport floors." Giving away air miles like actual air (30,000 free air miles) for the most inconvenienced customers might assuage a few, but the DOT has been sound asleep for two and a half years. Competence wasn't the reason Boot-a-judge was chosen for Trans secretary. Furious stranded passengers will eventually get to where they're headed. One way or another, things will sort themselves out. It's not his fault--nothing ever is--because he's attracted to guys.

We, the people, continue to hold dear the ideals of faith, education, liberty, and just governance that have guided us from the beginning. Nevertheless, a concern for the future lingers as we see American values under attack. From coast to coast, many wonder what is happening to our great nation, how we arrived here, and, perhaps most significantly, what we can do to save our country.

Former White House press secretary Jen Psaki claimed Republicans are recruiting Muslims against transgender people in her Sunday episode of MSNBC’s “Inside with Jen Psaki.” Psaki claimed Republicans are using former President Richard Nixon’s “Southern Strategy” method by turning Muslim Americans against transgender people and, in turn, winning their vote. “Now, decades later, the right-wing is reviving that same playbook,” Psaki said. “This time, with Muslim Americans and trans people. Hear me out here, the GOP is trying to recruit Muslim Americans, a community that makes up less than two percent of the U.S. population against another tiny marginalized group of Americans — transgender people.”

Longshot candidates remain at risk of not qualifying in time to reach the debate stage, while some of the frontrunners are threatening to boycott due to restrictions and rules set by the Republican National Committee (RNC).
