Box Office Analyst Estimates Disney Lost

The Walt Disney Co. is estimated to have lost a stunning $890 million on its last eight studio releases, including The Little Mermaid and Elemental, according to a box office analyst. Disney could see even more red ink since these titles are all destined for the Disney+ streaming service instead of other streamers, like Netflix or Amazon Prime Video, where they could generate additional revenue. The YouTube box office analyst known as Valliant Renegade laid out his argument in a recent video in which he estimated that many Disney blockbusters actually lost money or barely broke even during their theatrical runs despite the news media spinning them as hits.

Disney could laugh at a loss of $890b at the box-office if that was the entire impact. But there will later effects, Many of the people who skipped the movies also decided to skip trips to the Disney theme parks. And others no doubt decided to skip Disney movies not yet made. And others will now drop Disney channels and streaming. And retailers will sell fewer apparel, toys, and items with Disney symbols. How bad will it hurt? Who knows?

Not great news but a needed thing considering their choices, no different than the choices and repercussions of a drug addict. Lots of good Americans rely in Disney for their paycheck and I feel for them. THIS is an American company. And Walt and his brother Roy were GREAT Americans who loved this country. The top management are California libs who don't give a crap about selling good entertainment and making their customer happy. They have ejected everyone that actually had talent and cared about entertaining the public. I weep for the company Walt made. I hope sanity will return.

I was looking forward to the new Indiana Jones movie, but since Disney has their hands on it, it has pushed Indy aside in favor of a strong female Mary Sue. I'll skip it. Disney has ruined the MCU, Star Wars, Pixar and Indiana Jones.

That's too bad. The Disney commercials you see advertising discounts on theme park tickets and cruises are a sure indicator that attendance is way down in those venues as well as the movie theaters. You might even be able to get a burger and coke for under $20 if you do decide to take the kids to Pedoland this Summer. If things get really bad they might have to lay off Goofy.

Former President Donald Trump has shifted more funds that were raised for his 2024 presidential campaign into a political action committee set up to pay his personal legal fees. When Trump started his campaign in November, for every dollar raised online, 99 cents was sent to his campaign, with a penny going toward Save America PAC. But sometime in February, he adjusted the split to send 90% of donations to the campaign and 10% to Save America, according to the New York Times, citing internet archival records. In response to an inquiry about the diverted funds, Trump spokesman Steven Cheung told the Washington Examiner the changes were made "Because

According to Peskov, all charges pending against Prigozhin will be dropped, and Prigozhin will take up residence in Belarus. No word if “taking up residence in Belarus” is like sending your old dog to a “farm in the country.” The Wagner fighters who did not take part in the rebellion will be offered contracts to serve as soldiers in the regular Russian Army. Those men who participated in the revolt will be given pardons and, I’m just guessing about this, discharged from the Army.

Russian mercenary group leader Yevgeny Prigozhin will move to Belarus and have criminal charges against him dropped, the Kremlin has said, after he pulled his fighters back from advancing on Moscow. In an audio message, Prigozhin said his fighters - part of the private mercenary Wagner Group - would return to their bases. He said that while his men were just 120 miles from Moscow, he decided to turn them back to avoid "shedding Russian blood".
