National Hockey League (NHL) teams will no longer wear rainbow-colored LGBTQ-themed jerseys during pregame warmups for Pride nights. NHL Pride Nights became a hot topic of conversation earlier this year when Philadelphia Flyers defenseman Ivan Provorov refused to participate in his team’s Pride Night due to his orthodox Christian faith, sparking outrage from leftists who proceeded to accuse him of bigotry and homophobia. However, the Philadelphia Flyers kept him in the lineup, and the team even went on to win the game against the Anaheim Ducks.

Attorney Lin Wood, known for filing challenges seeking to overturn former President Donald Trump's 2020 election loss, is giving up his law license instead of facing possible disbarment.
On Tuesday, Wood asked officials in Georgia, his home state, to "retire" his law license in light of “disciplinary proceedings pending against me." In the request, Wood acknowledged that after relinquishing his license, he is “prohibited from practicing law in this State and in any other state or jurisdiction and that I may not reapply for admission."

“Effective July 31, 2023, Ximena Lopez, M.D. will be closing her practice at UT Southwestern Medical Center,” according to a statement posted to Lopez’s professional page on the UT Southwestern Medical Center website.
Dr. Lopez, an associate professor and pediatric endocrinologist, announced her departure in May, when the Texas bill was still in the Senate, according to The Dallas Morning News.

Target has reportedly informed conservative radio host and litigator Mark Levin, via his publisher, that it will not carry his new book, The Democrat Party Hates America, for fear of offending Democrats who shop there.
Levin, whose previous books have been New York Times bestsellers, made the revelation on Twitter yesterday: (Tweet) Target’s stance on Levin’s book contrasts with the chain store’s approach to controversial transgender-themed clothing, which it rolled out ahead of Pride Month, and which prompted a nationwide backlash by customers.
