In the span of a few weeks, the Biden administration has proposed regulations that would effectively ban gas stoves, force a massive shift to electric cars, sharply raise the cost of dishwashers, increase loan costs for frugal borrowers, regulate puddles as “navigable waters,” and limit hunting and fishing across the country. It will soon release a proposed rule targeting power plants with hugely expensive carbon capture mandates.
This is just the tip of the spear.
As the Competitive Enterprise Institute’s Clyde Wayne Crews put it recently, “President Biden is leading an unprecedented expansion of the administrative state.

So a quick review on the separation of Powers as delineated in our Constitution. The EXECUTIVE BRANCH can plan, suggest, encourage, exhort...............but it is the LEGISLATIVE BRANCH that makes the laws.
CONGRESS Needs to up its game and end this enemy within Presidency....along with his edicts which have no legal bearing.....

#1: “ CONGRESS Needs to up its game and end this enemy within Presidency....along with his edicts which have no legal bearing.....”
Your post implies and assumes 1) that there are leaders in Congress 2) with a brain.
There is no proof of either attribute anywhere. Otherwise, this venal, drooling Squatter would be gone.

Gas stoves, dishwashers, air conditioners, the internal combustion engine, they all have to go. Is there a pattern here? Sure, get rid of the engineering and technology that has made life easier in the past 2 or 3 centuries. these louts are reactionaries, they want to return to the false memory of pristine past where what they say goes.

Just remember, “Joe” can’t put a paper napkin around his ice cream cone without the Joint Chiefs. This is all being done by the puppet masters, and not for “environmental “justice” whatever that means, it is being done to destroy America and Americans. Period.

The basis of the problem is that years ago Congress turned much of the regulatory law making over to unelected bureaucrats. Look up administrative law. Congress needs to fix this, but they won't. Congress talk but doesn't do the walk.

Nowadays, when I see 'Biden' I mentally substitute 'Biden's handlers' or string-pullers. As for the pristine past...what the crave is 'Feudalism 2.0'. They will be the aristocracy of the Ancien Regime. We will be the sans culottes. They will strut around in fine clothes, eat and drink the very best, attend lavish dinners and parties, and never turn a hand to anything resembling actual work. That is until....La Deluge!

We are on a path to Soviet totalitarianism but the path of Antonio Gramsci, not that of Stalin or Mao. Capitalism didn't comply with Marx's prediction and too many people lived too well. We have been reluctant to support the surrender of ownership of private property because too many of us accumulated too much property and we have grown to like it that way. But do you really own something if you don't control its use? To appease us on our path to totalitarianism, we are allowed the pretense of ownership while government gradually seizes the control via regulations executive order and engineered tax codes of every thing we can and cannot do with our wealth and property.

Our constitutional republic is dead. Any notion that it still exists is fantasy. The Founders took up arms for what would today be considered a minor annoyance. Yet, here we sit, wringing hands and wishing it would just stop.
It won't.

Remember my mom saying (way back in the 50's) eventually the govt will put a ankle bracelet on us so they could tax the air we breath. Mom was so smart.

None of this is at all surprising to anyone who has been paying attention for even 5 seconds of the last several decades.
I figured if you can't fight it (because we kept electing RINOs because "the other side is so much worse so let's vote for the lesser evil!") then dodge it.
I'm on grid but can self power my home indefinitely.
I don't have any loans.
I don't have gas anything.
I moved out of California to a nicely red state
I never vote for RINOs because they're just Marxists by another name.

Sounds good #18 but, unless I missed something ( happens more frequently than I would like ! )
you left out two important words - property taxes !
In this country, as far as I can tell, you will NEVER 'own' your property. You can pay
of the mortgage or buy it outright but you will RENT IT FROM THE GOVERNMENT FOREVER !!
If you know of 'another way' I'd love to hear about it. Otherwise your are caught just like
the rest of us and never forget that they will REMOVE you from 'your property' AT GUNPOINT
if necessary and sell you property it at auction for JUST the back taxes !!!

I know the Constitution very well and I've never seen a provision where Congress can create another entity (Bureaucracies) that have the power to violate the citizens rights. Maybe it's time for a MAJOR RESET and LOTS of Commie Bureaucrats in PRISON at GITMO. I'm sure the Muzzies will LOVE to have the company!
