The 22 percent was up seven points from a figure of 15 percent in 2016. Fox News spoke with Jessica McCoy, as she was at a Washington state range shooting a Daniel Defense AR-15. McCoy made clear she is learning to shoot so she can defend her family and her home when her husband is gone.

The state legislature provided funding to its Civil Rights Department to establish the initiative.

In the span of a few weeks, the Biden administration has proposed regulations that would effectively ban gas stoves, force a massive shift to electric cars, sharply raise the cost of dishwashers, increase loan costs for frugal borrowers, regulate puddles as “navigable waters,” and limit hunting and fishing across the country.
