First State Passes Law Defining Gender
as a Person’s Biological Sex at Birth

Kansas has become the first state to adopt a definition of gender with the passage of legislation that keeps men, no matter what gender they identify as, out of women’s bathrooms, locker rooms, sports, and other intimate spaces. It also separates inmates and restricts participation in sports by biological sex. The move came late Thursday afternoon when the state legislature voted to override Kansas Gov. Laura Kelly’s veto of S.B. 180, which became known as the “Women’s Bill of Rights.”

This is both ridiculous and sad that in America today we have to make a law defining the fact that there are two genders, male and female.

Stop! Stop! Stop! For goodness sake - - please stop using the grammatical term "gender" - - as a substitute for the real word - - "sex"! When you say or write "gender" - - you're accepting the communist perversion of our language. The correct word is "sex" - - do not allow the commies to control our language!

For good measure, better pass a law that 2 + 2 = 4 before the "Math is Racist" crowd gain any traction.

It is indeed amazing that in this day and age one has to pass a law that defines a persons sex, when all they have to do is reach into their pants and check....stupidity, thy name is society...

It seems to me that it would be better to use 46.XX and 46.XY genes in questioned cases. Obsteticians and midwives do make a few mistakes. There is also the relatively rare problem of what to do with individuals who have an extra gene. (The most common is 46.XXY, called Klinefelter syndrome.)

Go on you Kansas. It is sex and not gender. Such as there's only TWO sexes male and female. Also just like math is not racist, clowns can be creepy, pedos should be water boarded and Epstein didn't kill himself.

Following revelations that he allegedly lied under oath to Congress, Secretary of State Antony Blinken is facing calls from Senate Republicans to turn over communication records related to Hunter Biden and his shady business engagements. On Monday, Republican Sens. Ron Johnson of Wisconsin and Chuck Grassley of Iowa sent a letter to Blinken demanding that he turn over any and all records “referring or relating to Hunter Biden, his business dealings, or his family’s business dealings” by May 15. The request comes as part of Senate Republicans’ investigation into the Biden family’s foreign business ventures.

During an interview on Sunday conducted by Maria Bartiromo with Senator Ron Johnson, ranking member of the Senate Homeland Security Committee, Senator Johnson revealed that Republicans on his own committee refused to investigate the issues that surfaced from the Hunter Biden laptop, because they were worried about the appearance of politics during a 2020 election year. Note, that’s an outcome of a Mitch McConnell decision. Additionally, following revelations from the laptop of Hunter Biden, Senator Johnson outlines that current Secretary of State Anthony Blinken lied to congress when he said he never had any email contact with Hunter Biden. Four years ago, Jill Biden was hesitant about her husband making a White House run, fearing the toll it could take on him and the family. In the months before Joe Biden formally announced he’d make a reelection bid, she had no such reservations. Privately, the first lady encouraged her husband to run again while giving him the space he needed to process the decision in the way he traditionally does: with extensive deliberations, consideration of the burden it would place on his family, and a bit of classic Biden hemming and hawing. She was involved in all the high-level discussions around the decision, giving counsel when she felt it was necessary.

(Woodstock, ME) Just hours after he was fired by Fox News, conservative firebrand Tucker Carlson's phone lit up with well-wishes from locals in the quaint Maine town where he spends most of his summers. The 53-year-old has stirred up vitriol as one of the most polarizing political commentators in the country, but in the small rural town of Woodstock, residents never felt that antagonism in person from the man they describe as a good neighbor. 'More time for fishing?' his carpenter Patrick Fenney said in a text message to Carlson at lunchtime Monday, shortly after the news broke.

Victor Davis Hanson often has a unique big picture perspective on current events, linking and contrasting the disconnected high-brow outlook to the pragmatic perspectives of the modern populist movement. Hanson takes an academic approach to the reality of current social constructs, yet in his own unique way he can describe the current status in a thoughtful and practical way. In this analysis VDH contrasts the goals of the ideological media, specifically the goals of those in the Republican wing of the media control apparatus, to the reality they have created by removing the voice of Tucker Carlson. Russian oil is still powering Europe — just with the help of India. Back in December, the European Union barred almost any seaborne crude oil imports from Russia. It extended the prohibition to refined fuels two months later. However, the rules didn’t prevent countries like India from snapping up cheap Russian crude, turning it into fuels like diesel, and shipping it back to Europe at a markup. The Asian country is on track to become Europe’s largest supplier of refined fuels this month while simultaneously buying record amounts of Russian crude, according to data compiled by Bloomberg from analytics firm Kpler.

In the Biden family, the four-year-old girl remains “she who must not be named” literally. Not only has President Biden refused to refer to her as a grandchild or even include a Christmas stocking with the other children, her father Hunter is fighting to prevent her from using the Biden name.
