A flower shop near Nashville refused to provide decorations for a GOP event featuring former President Donald Trump, and urged other businesses to deny future services to the Republican Party in a call for stricter gun laws. Owners of the FLWR Shop in Belle Meade, Tennessee, said they "immediately declined" service for the upcoming Republican National Committee (RNC) fundraiser and encouraged "others in the Nashville event industry to say no to taking money or jobs from the Republican Party until they begin to make the changes to gun laws that most Americans are calling for." Flower shops are a dime a dozen in most cities. I doubt Trump will have any problem finding another shop. As for the flower shop in question, It isn't like what they're selling is unique. Flowers are even sold in grocery stores. I'd boycott them and save myself some money in the process.

I looked up this shop online and saw their Yelp reviews which seem to be quite recent. They were absolutely SLAMMED as they deserve to be. Several reported how rudely they were treated and how expensive their arrangements are. One mentioned that there are many other florists in Nashville from which to choose. There was only a single positive review lauding them for the stand they are taking against "ammo-nuts". I'm guessing that the person who posted the review is not the type to purchase flowers anyway.

This might work in a lie-beral cesspool like Cubafornia or New Jersey. But after a very short-term increase in business by a bunch of lie-berals, they will be gone in 4 - 6 months after alienating their normal customer base. I hope the Republicans sue them, so they will lose everything on top of that!!!!!

What the people at the Flower Shop and all other gun hating liberals always forget is that there are already tons of gun laws and that what the school shooter did is already illegal. More gun laws will not make it more illegal or more unlawful. More laws that are not being followed by criminals will only make those who pass them feel better about themselves for "doing something" when they will actually accomplish nothing that isn't already protected by some other law. Also, many of the actual rules or laws that might actually protect people (like locking up criminals and crazy people) are things that liberals and other activists regularly protest against.

Nashville's Belle Meade is one of the wealthiest communities in not just Tennessee, but in the USA. Maybe in the top 5. I've driven by this flower shop. They have plenty of competitors, although smelly fire plug Democrats will probably start buying flowers there, no matter how expensive they are. I'd say Belle Meade is conservative overall, but I have known some "imbessels and ultra-maroons" (Bugs Bunny's terminology) who live there. Belle Meade is in a congressional district that was Democrat from 1875 until this year. There are many colleges and universities in Davidson County, with all the moonbattery that implies.

Dems are incredibly divisive people, always ...ALWAYS pitting one group against another. No wonder, they are the Party of slavery and Jim Crow. All they are doing is rile the people, trying to get the hate burning. They have been and are dangerous agitators and rioters and destroyers. They don't want to "Live and let live." No. They want to torment, threaten and harass. And they do not "just want to get along." No. They want to eradicate the opposition, which has always been their way, and is now. And I say, these people will not live among us, don't seek harmony or peace or even tolerance. The Left simply will not accept any dissent or opposition; the camps and gulags are full of oppositionists, real or imagined, just to make a point. They do not deserve a fair hearing.
