George Washington University law professor Jonathan Turley has issued a warning to Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg over his politically motivated case against President Donald Trump. The legal scholar notes that New York judges, especially at the Appellate level, will not like the George Soros-funded prosecutor’s case against Trump. “This indictment, if it is reportedly following the theory that we’ve been talking about, is political,” Turley said. “It’s a raw political prosecution.

IMO, Bragg's handlers have already taken care of that .All judges up to and including John Roberts are probably locked up before they made the move. Don't underestimate their viciousness.

Does anyone think the Democrats are moved by the charge that the case is political, or some judge won't like it? The process is the punishment! Trump has been indicted, will have his mug shot taken, and will spend the next year defended himself in court, all flung over the news. Democrats have nothing to fear from the DOJ, as they control it, and nothing to fear from Republicans, who will only stamp their feet, and claim go on tv with their outrage. Meanwhile, the Democrats have the Playboy girl for more possible charges, the Georgia special jury indictment, and the Manhattan department store thing that is claiming she was raped in the dressing room. The Democrats never intend to stop. If everyone of these are thrown out, the Democrats will find more ways.

#4, Biden, his DoJ and his FBI still have secret documents and Jan 6th insurrection indictments in process. Expect a cascade of charges this summer, with none having legal merit but all requiring a great deal of time and expense for Trump. If Trump declines a trial by jury, the NY State and federal judges will openly, brazenly, show their disdain for Trump. President Trump’s defense teams have to discover if the WH and/or DoJ offered judicial promotions to Bragg and others, “There will be openings on the Supreme Court, and the President believes that you would be the perfect replacement for ——. Diversity and all that.”

This is all much ado about nothing. The only thing that matters to Democrats is that Trump is on the front page and Biden is not. Their only goal is to keep it that way for nineteen months.

I'm more worried about a Jack Ruby type incident occurring while 45 is in Bragg's custody. The Democrats don't want a trial, they just want the show. If 45 never goes to trial they win.

Former President Donald Trump has been indicted on 34 counts of falsifying business records. Trump was indicted by a New York grand jury following a probe by Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg. The 16-page indictment, released on April 4 after Trump was arraigned, says that Trump falsified records related to multiple payments made to keep concealed negative information about him. That includes the payment made to Stormy Daniels, an adult film actress who has claimed Trump had an affair with her, according to the charges.

Bloomberg reported, “U.S. Bank Deposits and Lending Both Dropped Last Week Amid Turmoil. “Deposits fell nearly $126 billion, while bank loans retreated. Decrease in overall lending was largest since June 2021.” It was deliberate. Democrats and RINOs never let a crisis go to waste because a crisis allows them to expand their powers. 9/11 is just one example. Bush and company used it to add a Cabinet-level department, make the unpatriotic PATRIOT Act law, and start two wars they later would abandon. Washington does not wait for a crisis to come along.
