Inside Stanford's Disgrace: Judge Duncan Speaks

Judge Michael McConnell to the contrary notwithstanding, we seek to publicize the ringleaders, perpetrators, and administrators involved in the shoutdown of Kyle Duncan at the March 9 Stanford Law School event sponsored by the school’s Federalist Society chapter. To borrow a phrase from Bob Dylan, we seek to tear the rag away from their face. Judge Duncan himself is not inclined to let it ride. The Wall Street Journal has published his first-person account as “My struggle session at Stanford Law School” (behind the Journal’s paywall).

The judge would have had better luck speaking to a troop of howler monkeys. These dead-heads were incapable of any kind of discourse. The painting of their faces is nothing but adolescent frat boy stuff.

Ignorant sophomoric morons. If I were a sane HR person, I wouldn’t hire a single one of these juvenile fools. Not only incompetent but nothing but trouble. The same with most blacks. Hire one and then have to fire them and you get sued. Not worth it.

#5 Poster raises a good question" "Just wondering-- Do we know how many of the "disrupters" were actually students at the School of Law ?" With access to todays facial recognition tech, that question would likely have a statistically valid answer.... IF we had enough video fo the "gaunlet" and participants, IF somebody was allowed access to have a look and cross reference against files that have been building for some years now.. Confession: salivating at the prospect of RICO investigations/indictments/ prosecutions/convictions to be felt. Sooner than later.

Every such cancelling incident only cements into place in the minds of patriotic Americans that we have lost our liberty, our first amendment rights to speak freely. The academy is supposed to expand the mind, explore new ideas, new ways to think. Instead, the academy has become stultified and closed-minded, a repository of indulged and indulgent narcissists who truly believe they know what they don’t really know. We may as well shut them down now for all the good they do.

Just my opinion; If you really want to stop these demonstrations you need to do the following; 1. Fire Tirien Steinbach, associate dean for diversity, ASAP!! 2. Do not admit anyone that does not have a Stanford Student ID. 3. Take videos of all of the protesters for equal protection of free speech. 4. Suspend all protesters of regaling in anti-free speech, for the balance of the semester with no refund on their tuition or their financial aid. Even if they are Seniors and about to graduate. Suspend them.

Jenna Ellis, an attorney who advised then-President Donald Trump as he tried to overturn the 2020 election results, was censured for misconduct Wednesday by a Colorado Supreme Court judge. The Colorado Supreme Court’s Office of Attorney Regulation Counsel said that Ellis violated a Colorado rule for professional conduct that prohibits “misrepresentation” by attorneys. The office said Ellis made a series of public statements about the 2020 election that were false. “The public censure in this matter reinforces that even if engaged in political speech, there is a line attorneys cannot cross, particularly when they are speaking in a representative capacity,” the office said in a statement.

In June 2022, then-Pennsylvania Senate candidate John Fetterman (D.) pointed to a doctor's note that indicated he could "campaign and serve in the U.S. Senate without a problem" after suffering a stroke in May. After returning to the campaign trail in August, Fetterman told voters he was "feeling great, better than I have in years." And in October, his campaign released a second doctor’s note giving Fetterman a clean bill of health. Fast forward to his first six weeks in office, and Fetterman is painting a starkly different account of the medical advice he received on the campaign trail.

The announcement by President Trump with his intent to visit East Palestine next Wednesday, followed moments later by a reversal announcement from FEMA stating they will now offer support to East Palestine, do not seem coincidental. The Biden administration, including the EPA, FEMA and Transporation Secretary, was likely very worried about the optics of getting blasted by President Trump very visibly next week for their lack of urgency and concern. Moments after Trump announces his visit, FEMA reverses their prior denial of aid. lol

A statue of a horned feminine figure emerging out of a lotus, supposedly symbolizing “femininity” and paying homage to the late Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, who fought for abortion, now sits atop the New York City courthouse. The artist, Shahzia Sikander, created the statue “NOW,” which sits on top of the courthouse alongside other statues representing lawmakers throughout history. The statue itself appears as the body of a woman emerging from a lotus, which is often associated with the pagan Egyptian god Nefertem as well as the Hindu gods Vishnu and Brahma.

Arizona Governor Doug Ducey, the weak RINO who was a great personal friend of deceased former U.S. senator John McCain, is tearing down his border wall to serve the Biden administration. The makeshift border wall was made of shipping containers that were lined with barb wire. Arizona will bring them all down by Jan. 4, making it easier for illegals to invade the border, after the Biden regime objected. The U.S Interior and Agriculture departments made a filing arguing that “a declaration that Arizona’s use and occupancy of lands owned by the United States without the required permits or other authorization constitutes unlawful trespasses.”

Ron DeSantis attacked 'Soros-funded' prosecutor Alvin Bragg for creating a 'manufactured circus' in his first comments on rumors Donald Trump will be indicted. The Florida governor made the comments Monday after Trump's inner circle criticized him for staying silent on claims the former president will be arrested in the Stormy Daniels hush money case on Tuesday. It offers a dilemma to Trump's likely rivals for the Republican 2024 nomination: Do they take the opportunity to bash the former president for his indiscretions, or do they steer clear for fear of alienating the vocal, restless party base?

I agree with him that it’s a political vendetta, but disagree about taking to the streets. It is indeed a nakedly political act by the Manhattan District Attorney. Numerous other prosecutors including sophisticated federal prosecutors have reviewed this same evidence, and have declined to pursue this case. Rightly so. It’s a lousy case. The legal theory is a stretch. Moreover, the prosecution’s fact witnesses are not credible.
