An Amish farmer is back to be able to sell raw milk and meat after a US Appeals Court dropped a $300,000 fine against him is allowing him to resume selling raw milk meat. Amos Miller does not use antibacterial chemicals to sterilize his products, which means it is considered “adulterated,” by the USDA. According to Food Safety News, in a deal negotiated by Miller’s lawyer last week, the $300,000 in fines was negotiated down to $55,000 payable over the next six months and Miller’s contempt of court hearing has been canceled, with the case having been put in stay and abeyance, provided that the farmer makes the payments. CORRECTION*

How the HE-double-hockey-sticks is a penalty of $55,000 a victory? And what did it really cost him in legal fees to secure his 'rights'?

When McDonald's is allowed to restart selling their Original (high fat) French Fries, is when freedom returns to the world. Until then, we're screwed.

Okay, I am all for food freedom to the point that we will probably be going back to making quite a bit of it ourselves in the very near future. I also think the USDA and FDA are bloated beyond any practical usefulness and have now like the FBI moved into prosecutorial territory, swat teams and all. That said pure Citric Acid is C6H8O7 regardless of source. Same with Lactic acid, C3H6O3. Chemicals aren't extra evil because they are industrially produced as opposed to "natural" methods, which by the way are also chemical processes, like fermentation or even purification, they just don't always happen in a plant. Also, we buy our meat on the hoof or trotter and they do not use these chemicals on the meat itself, not that I have ever been told. As for raw milk, some folks love it. I am on the fence tbh. It can get quite grassy tasting in the spring, even to the point of spring onion flavor as cows love to eat the green tops. I do love the cream and butter however.

Weak RINO Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey Dismantles
Makeshift Border Wall at Behest of Biden Regime

Arizona Governor Doug Ducey, the weak RINO who was a great personal friend of deceased former U.S. senator John McCain, is tearing down his border wall to serve the Biden administration. The makeshift border wall was made of shipping containers that were lined with barb wire. Arizona will bring them all down by Jan. 4, making it easier for illegals to invade the border, after the Biden regime objected. The U.S Interior and Agriculture departments made a filing arguing that “a declaration that Arizona’s use and occupancy of lands owned by the United States without the required permits or other authorization constitutes unlawful trespasses.”

Is the FBI chastened now that it has been exposed as a rogue agency that, on behalf of the Democratic Party, intervened in the 2020 election by suppressing news–that it knew to be true–that was damaging to Joe Biden? Much of the American Church has fallen to apostasy and anti-Christian wokeness, in a reckless abandon that forsakes the core tenets of our faith. Some churches have even welcomed hypersexualized drag performances into their places of worship, while others have placed racial makeup ahead of pure and genuine faith. When it comes to other “woke” causes, many (of) our leaders have bent the knee to corporatism and other “promised” worldly possessions, which are in direct violation of the Scriptures. This apostasy has been incredibly difficult for me to witness

Joe Biden’s Bureau of Labor Statistics reported that over a million jobs were created in the second quarter, a heartening statistic that no doubt helped the Democrats in November. But now, the Philadelphia Federal Reserve says that those million jobs were almost entirely fictitious: The Biden administration vastly overstated its estimate that employers created more than 1 million jobs in the second quarter of this year, claiming historic job growth when in fact hiring had stalled, according to a new estimate. Job growth was “essentially flat” in the second quarter with only 10,500 jobs added, the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia said.

A federal judge has thrown out a lawsuit from Massachusetts parents who accused public school officials of hiding their children’s gender transitions from them. He also said Trump's "political clout has diminished." "We lost support that we needed among independents and moderate Republicans, primarily related to the view they had of us as a party—largely made by the former president—that we were sort of nasty and tended toward chaos,"
