A defendant in the Proud Boys trial over Jan. 6, 2021, charges moved on March 9 to dismiss the case, after some footage from the day of the breach was shown for the first time. Dominic Pezzola is one of the Proud Boys members on trial for obstruction of an official proceeding and other charges. The newly disclosed footage, shown on Fox News this week, “is plainly exculpatory,” Pezzola’s lawyers said in the new motion. “It establishes that the Senate chamber was never violently breached, and—in fact—was treated respectfully by January 6 protestors,” the motion reads.

Comments:

I wish we could hear from our legal expert on whether the exculpatory evidence withheld from the Shaman when he went for a guilty plea would be grounds for an appeal? I believe so.

The judiciary in DC is a farce with compromised jurists who allow partisan politics to guide their decisions. The DOJ knows which judges and techniques to use to game the system, like getting a DC judge to sign off on holding J6 political prisoners indefinitely in pretrial with no trial dates.

There needs to be a retrial of every person jailed from the J6 event, and then a thorough examination of how the justice system was abused by the Democrats and Rinos in power.

Some of the footage shown during the past few days was televised on January 6-7 of 2021 and then quietly disappeared. Shaman boy walking peacefully with capitol police and protesters being guided calmly through the capitol building was shown to the world. This did not fit the narrative or meet the January 6th Committee objectives. People need to hang for perpetrating this farce and jailing people for simply exercising 1st Amendment rights.

Problem is, like w the Shaman guy, their lib lawyers got them to sign papers which 1) admitted guilt 2)gave away their appeal rights. The men wanted out of jail so they signed it and are now serving their time. No chance at appeal-unless you just pardon them all.

A class action suit filed in California alleges LG Electronics USA, Inc. sold gas range stoves in the United States without properly notifying customers of toxic emissions prior to their purchases. The suit comes as the industry faces attacks and efficiency proposals by the Biden administration that would remove up to half the current gas range ovens on the U.S. market. A California woman who purchased an LG gas stove from Costco in October 2022 claims in the suit that she was unaware of the “risks” associated with the product before purchasing. “Ms. Sherzai relied on the representations on the marketing materials disclosing risks,” read the lawsuit.

Tiger Woods' former longtime girlfriend is asking a judge to remove her from a nondisclosure agreement that she claims the 15-time major champion forced her to sign when their relationship started in August 2017, according to court records obtained by ESPN. The civil complaint filed Monday in the Circuit Court of the 19th Judicial Circuit in Martin County, Florida, is the latest in a monthslong dispute between Erica Herman and the star golfer. For two years now, we have heard about an insurrection that everyone knows was bogus. The media deliberately lied in its vain attempt to ruin President Donald John Trump — one in a series of attempts by the real deniers of election results. Democratic Gov. Gavin Newsom’s administration is being sued in federal court for a law declaring California a "sanctuary state" for minors seeking transgender medical procedures. Our Watch, a California parental rights nonprofit, is to file a lawsuit Tuesday in U.S. District Court for the Central District of California Western Division against Attorney General Rob Bonta. The filing, to be submitted by Advocates for Faith and Freedom, demands a jury trial regarding Senate Bill 107, which Newsom signed into law in September. It also seeks injunctive relief, a judicial declaration that the law is unconstitutional, as well as the recovery of attorney fees.

The federal government’s program of releasing many illegal immigrants rather than holding them until their cases are resolved violates federal law, a U.S. judge ruled on March 8. “The evidence establishes that Defendants have effectively turned the Southwest Border into a meaningless line in the sand and little more than a speedbump for aliens flooding into the country,” U.S. District Judge Judge T. Kent Wetherell, a Trump appointee, said in the ruling. Wetherell struck down Alternatives to Detention, a program through which President Joe Biden’s administration has released more than one million aliens into the U.S. interior.

The U.S. guided-missile cruiser Chancellorsville, which was homeported in San Diego for many years, has been renamed Robert Smalls, honoring a Civil War-era maritime pilot who commandeered a Confederate ship in 1862 and turned it over to the Union forces. Smalls was born a slave and went on to become a mariner, a businessman, a publisher and a congressman who represented South Carolina, the state where he was born.
