Tiger Woods' former longtime girlfriend is asking a judge to remove her from a nondisclosure agreement that she claims the 15-time major champion forced her to sign when their relationship started in August 2017, according to court records obtained by ESPN. The civil complaint filed Monday in the Circuit Court of the 19th Judicial Circuit in Martin County, Florida, is the latest in a monthslong dispute between Erica Herman and the star golfer. Herman believes that the NDA is "invalid and unenforceable" and that a trust controlled by Woods is wrongfully using it against her. Herman's attorney is citing a federal law(snip)that prevents the enforcement of nondisclosure agreements in

A defendant in the Proud Boys trial over Jan. 6, 2021, charges moved on March 9 to dismiss the case, after some footage from the day of the breach was shown for the first time. Dominic Pezzola is one of the Proud Boys members on trial for obstruction of an official proceeding and other charges. The newly disclosed footage, shown on Fox News this week, “is plainly exculpatory,” Pezzola’s lawyers said in the new motion. “It establishes that the Senate chamber was never violently breached, and—in fact—was treated respectfully by January 6 protestors,” the motion reads.

Yesterday, we witnessed the ex-director of the CDC, under oath, directly blame Dr. Fauci and the US Government for the deaths of millions of people. However, if you went to the headlines of Google News - there was nary a news story. I guess Google felt it wasn’t important enough to warrant above-the-fold status. Seems like they had to make room for important news items, like the ones above. A keyword search of Redfield on Google news did come up with the following stories.(snip) The actual testimony of Dr. Redfield was explosive. Yet, none of these headlines bely the gravity of Dr Redfield’s testimony. Dr. Redfield directly linked gain-of-function research

For two years now, we have heard about an insurrection that everyone knows was bogus. The media deliberately lied in its vain attempt to ruin President Donald John Trump — one in a series of attempts by the real deniers of election results. Tucker Carlson’s revelation that the Capitol Police incited peaceful protesters has been dismissed by a media obsessed with lying. The key to Pravda — the Soviet version of propaganda — was not to get people to believe it, but to get people to stop following the news. Judging by television ratings(snip) it is working. Democratic Gov. Gavin Newsom’s administration is being sued in federal court for a law declaring California a "sanctuary state" for minors seeking transgender medical procedures. Our Watch, a California parental rights nonprofit, is to file a lawsuit Tuesday in U.S. District Court for the Central District of California Western Division against Attorney General Rob Bonta. The filing, to be submitted by Advocates for Faith and Freedom, demands a jury trial regarding Senate Bill 107, which Newsom signed into law in September. It also seeks injunctive relief, a judicial declaration that the law is unconstitutional, as well as the recovery of attorney fees.

The federal government’s program of releasing many illegal immigrants rather than holding them until their cases are resolved violates federal law, a U.S. judge ruled on March 8. “The evidence establishes that Defendants have effectively turned the Southwest Border into a meaningless line in the sand and little more than a speedbump for aliens flooding into the country,” U.S. District Judge Judge T. Kent Wetherell, a Trump appointee, said in the ruling. Wetherell struck down Alternatives to Detention, a program through which President Joe Biden’s administration has released more than one million aliens into the U.S. interior.

Attorney Mike Davis has some good constructive criticism surrounding the current construct and status of the House Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of Govt. {Direct Rumble Link} As Mr. Davis notes the current allocated budget ($2 million) and staffing (5 persons) of the committee itself does not reflect a priority, and the demands of the regular House Judiciary Committee upon Jim Jordan (chairs both) means his time focused on the subcommittee is curtailed. I’m not sure the issue is as dire as Davis notes; obviously we do not know the background work that might be taking place; but the lack of general urgency -in combination with the history of the GOP in

Carlson showed CCTV security video of Chansley walking calmly through the Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021. The crew of HOV Alvin drank in the spectacle of a shipwreck’s haunting bow, recording the historic moment with their vehicle’s underwater video camera. The three researchers were the first humans to lay eyes on the “unsinkable” passenger liner, RMS Titanic, since her ill-fated voyage in 1912. Their 1986 expedition captured video near the bottom of the North Atlantic, some 400 miles south off the coast of Newfoundland, where the vessel sank nearly 75 years earlier. Much of that footage remained unreleased—until now. Kamala Harris's verbal utterances are bizarre, repetitive, and often not completed. (snip) Aphasics may do this to hide the fact that they can literally not hold onto the meaning of their narrative, to carry it to completion. So, they make up an ending to the story and then perhaps flip into a semantically weird ending. Harris often simply repeats her first sentence. This is not planned for a rational purpose, and she often solves her semantic confusion by bursting out in stereotypical laughter, with gestures, to encourage her listeners to think she just did a funny.
